Have you ever worked with an agency where another provider (who works with you) tried very hard to wisk away your regular? Tell us stories. One provider said she's more beautiful than my regular & ask me to see her instead. Hmmmm...

Or almost. Only a few young girls who tried it but did not succeed. It certainly wouldn't have bothered me, but I guess the gentleman preferred me and didn't like their comments, especially since I don't believe in bashing another provider. It shouldn't matter. This is a business. There is no stealing anyone. That's ridiculous and has always been a pet pev of mine. It's just plain silly. The lady you mentioned in your post should not have said that to you. That should speak for her character.

She did tell me once of doing doubles with a client and watching her “partner” offer some extreme menu choices that shouldn’t be on ANYONE’S menu here.

I never understood when I would hear ladies say, she's stealing my clients. How ridiculous! This is a business and men do like variety. I have never taken it personal, if they wanted to see someone else.

Hell, I will even refer them to another lady that I know, will make them happy. I don't mind sharing.

I don't compete with others, or feel the need to play that game. There is enough business for all of us and no need to be catty.
Plus, you are right, it doesn't speak much for her character.

Now, when are we going to meet for a drink, girlfriend?

I never had that happen, but did have one similar situation:

I have one regular Lady I see who works for an agency.  I called to arrange some time with her and the scheduler said my friend was available, but tried to talk me into someone else instead.  Had I seen the Lady only once or twice I might not have minded, but this woman is very special to me and the scheduler knows that she is.

I thought maybe my regular Lady was trying to gently not see me, but talking with her later this was not the case.

Ladies, best to rememmber: men are like busses.  If you don't want the one comming along just now, let it go and hop on the next on for a nice ride - there's no shortage....

Then she should have enough clientele anyway, period.

And two, a beautiful person doesn't do catty sh*t like that!
