For a new contact, I sign off:

"Looking forward to hearing from you soon." or some variant of that.

"Just remember, you're supposed to eat crabs down there, not get the crabs."

If it's someone I know, I might add a short, personal, often funny closing line. Or maybe something general like "Can't wait to see you on (day)!"  Or sometimes I just put my name, usually my first name but sometimes my hobby name (no, not my alias).

JK, although I suppose if some dom took me on, she might appreciate the closing.

Most times I just close with "Love, "

for my ATF, it's Love...

If it's an introductory email, it's hope to hear from you...

... I end with "Much love and respect,".  

With a regular lady  that is married, I end with "Please thank.........  for sharing you.".

...guy signs off with, "Lustfully yours."
