The former is not all that unusual and not a contradiction at all since the lady can offer whatever level of service she likes.  She is not creating an atmosphere, she is selling you an hour of her time...on her terms.

The latter would, to me at least, have zero appeal. I have paid for CBJ and enjoyed it but I would not pay what is usually a much higher "PSE" rate for service that included only CBJ.
