Dude, I would much rather someone cancel because they are sick, or tired, or had a shitty day, than try to 'make the session work'. Don't jump to conclusions because she cancelled.

First time this has happened to me. I was all set for an appointment with a well reviewed provider. She sent invite to confirm, then 3 hours before cancelled due illness. Ok, I can buy any excuse, but I was really looking forward to our time. Now both our schedules do not allow a reschedule for at least two weeks. Listen I fully appreciate people get sick, so I can't really fault her...
I try to plan it my dates due to work and other life commitments, and have never asked for a spontaneous date or less than a weeks notice. I figure the girls would appreciate advance bookings, or at least makes the planning easier.
So here I am, sorted pissed off and not sure I wish to reschedule with her, but she is pretty hot so I will probably work to see her.
Story aside, was wondering how many of you fellow clients, book contingency plans into your appointments? Do you book a second provider as a plan B?
Then if one cancels you have a backup you can see.
The downside, I realize is if your first choice comes through then you end up upsetting your second. Not sure that is the best behavior, so woman chime in here.
