selects posts at random for moderation. I don't know if there are any trigger words that increase the odds, but I have had instances where I had three in row go to moderation and then I didn't have another one for over a week. It just depends on your post coming up at the wrong time in the rotation.
There was a time when every one of mine was moderated. I contacted the powers-that-be and they corrected it. Now it's pretty rare that mine get moderated.

After you get your first review, you can contact TER to request your free VIP. If you don't want to wait for a review, you can buy one MONTH of VIP at a time until you get a review. Don't buy a year of VIP - Lester is a moron.
posts removed lately for rules violations, you can send a message to Admin at "contact us" at the bottom of the page and request that you be taken off moderation. You have been posting since 2016, so it should be just a matter of asking . . . . IF you have a clean posting record.

I don't think paying or not paying really has much influence -- though I suppose they might not grant unmoderated status to someone who has never been a paying member and never submitted a review.
I was here for years and remained moderated. Then after the return from the dark days one day I found my post were mostly going live right away. I've never asked to get that status but don't see why asking about it for those that want it would be a problem for anyone that posts reasonable content.
I'm not sure that posts need to be real-time communications for anyone.
