With respect to the "rules" and common courtesies of life and business

Below are several examples of people asking and requesting that their potential clients "follow certain rules and procedures."  This is not at all uncommon practice in many businesses.  Example, I wish to FedEx a package.  I need to fill out forms - IF I wish the package to arrive and IF I wish to be able to follow the progression of the package to its destination.

Each provider has rules for her own reasons, whether they are valid or not, clients wishing to book time with them, should respect their right to establish specific procedures.  Much as people approaching me in my business, need to follow a specific protocol... and THAT is my first test of whether or not I can work with a person - can they respect MY wishes.  Can they leave a clear and understandable message on an anwsering machine...  You would be astounded at the number of university professors who cannot leave a coherent voice mail.  or for that matter - follow directions.  It is not a matter of intelligence, rather a matter of respect for another human bean.

Imagine - another era... of genuine courtesans.  If you did not follow protocol there... it could be very bad....

so.... I may question the sanity of some of the protocols, I may not wish to provide all the ladies that I have seen.... and would like to see (again!!!)  but what I will do, is try to abide by their wishes.... and hope that they will abide by mine....  and for those counting... I am now a year older...!  lol!
