I am not a hobbyist, but ....lol

I think between the economy and the fact there are more girls entering the business out of need for extra $$$, this plays a big part in the influx of new girls and quickie deals.

I think guys have quite a bit more choices, and girls are feeling the pinch and using it to try and generate more business so they offer specials or quickie deals in hopes to get more calls. I think with hopes that once there, the guy will upgrade lol

We may see quickie deals, but also these girls are IMHO not long lasting girls in it for the long haul, they will prob be in and out, quick, like their deals lol!

I think that the women who have established reps and do not resort to specials or quickies, these women do not feel any sort of crunch from " competition" of new girls or girls offering quickie deals. The established women are catering to a different type of client, ones who book long appts, or only see women of certain reps and rates.  There will always be a woman for every man. So the quickie girls have their clients.... and the other women have theirs. The two may cross over on occasion but not very often imho.

I am sure some guys will indulge on occasion to the quick deals, out of the newness factor, and cheapness, but in the end they always go back to the well established ones imho


I always wonder why women resort to quickies, I mean not only do you have to work harder to make the same amount of $$, and tire yourself out, you have sooo much traffic coming and going, I would think they would bring more attention to themselves? I mean why do quickies? you still have the same overhead for the most part, and it takes you the same time to get ready for a quickie as a hour appt... so.... and to make the what you would make in a hour appts you have to do 2-3 quickies.... I just dont get it lol

Many are not able to pay bills & will talk about the situation with guys they like.  Many are discounting & wheeling & dealing.

If you look at BP and CL yes there are many providers (some with TER reviews) offering 15 minute and 1/2 hour specials. My advice is to stay away.

I seriously doubt if they take showers between sessions.

I started out that way using the 15 min option and hmmm I didn't think it was just a sign of a bad economy eh I do more than just fine and there's a lot of guys that come on lunch breaks or on the way to work and want to be very much in and out where hh might even been to much for them so didn't see it as a phenomenon I thought it was normal before I began posting on TER and a lot "better" sites where a lot don't even have half hour options so *shrugs*.

Surely there is a bit of shame or embarrassment for many in admitting both what the current situation is, and how they are responding to it.

I took a stroll down memory lane and read posts on my area's local board from time past. The ladies that posted spoke in virtually one voice about how only trashy low rent gals posted on CL/BP and that only the desperate and unreviewed offered the low-class 30 minute session.

Today, I see those same ladies, who prided themselves in no BP/CL posts and 1 hour minimums, posting on BP for 30 minute sessions, and posting specials, and posting with lower prices.

In the discussion boards, the subject of CL/BP is gone, except for the gents who say "avoid! avoid!". The ladies remain silent.

The posts regarding shorter times are dealt with very gingerly for the most part, again with the guys (white-knighting??? bragging???) with posting like "at least 4 hours for me!!!" while the ladies may ask "Do men really want a 30 minute session?"

The 'respected' 'well reviewed' (etc. etc.) ladies
do not seem to be offering the "quick" "15 minute" sessions. But the 30 minute time is now offered by ladies who previously lambasted the gals who did offer it.

What we see happening now is a normal business cycle, and nothing to be alarmed or embarrassed about, unless one finds one's foot in one's mouth.

The AARP-eligible two-hour-minimum hobbyist basically represents only one type of client. He may be the most desirable kind and he is still out there. When the economy was good, many middle of the road guys were forced to play that game that way due to market conditions. But if you pay attention to polls from TER and other boards, the majority of men have cut WAY BACK in their hobby spending.

So what is so hard to underdressed here? Do we need a  high school level social studies refresher on the basics of a free market economy? A therapy session or two regarding denial, or being real and in the moment?

Further more, as far as guys in general, as a whole, being able to be satisfied with satisfied with a quick romp, hasn’t anyone ever heard of "wham-bam-thank-you-ma'am" ?

Is business bad over all? of course it is

Are some ladies still very busy? Yes. (Hey! Rolls Royce just had their best year ever. LOL!)

Are some ladies hurting for business? DUH!

Are there a butt load of very young gals flooding CL/BP? Sure (They can't make shit at the strip clubs right now)

Are the middle-class guys living it up with the "high end call girls" like they were 3 years ago? Do yaw really not know that answer?

So, no offense to you personally Mr. Rob.Blag, but I think questions like your OP are naive at best and are more likely disingenuous drivel of the bored just to have something to post on the board.

What I've discovered here is that the men seem to be into quality time with quality providers, unlike other boards. Not saying that some of the gents wouldn't want a quickie but usually some of these girls who advertise the fifteen minute thing are not very good looking or that desperate for money.
