Why over complicate things?   Since I have P411, the process to contact a lady and schedule a get together doesn't really require much to do so; unless she starts asking for more info than what her website states.  After arrangements are made, then it's just a confirmation message and when I arrive, a text letting you know.  

The only time I made expand is after she's screened me and I have a request, like wardrobe.

through email with the specific date, time, length of appointment, etc. details.

If it is a lady I haven't seen previously, then I will send a request through P411 followed up by a more detailed email which lets her know it is the same person.

If the appointment is made a month out, then I will send a short reminder email 2 weeks out. In any case, I send a "final confirmation" 48 hours ahead of time including contact info and requesting same.

I agree with others, you are not trying to become pen pals, just confirming arrangements.  

Like others have mentioned if you have P411. Then all the verification is already done for you and P411 one can book the date through there, which I do if possible. It makes it easier on both parties.  

Here is how I do it if doing a direct email.

HI *****. My name is *****. I live in the ***** area and I would like to book a date on *******.

Below is my verification info

TER ID or other ID's
