(pardon the fact that I am posting under an alias here)

1. Guys who do ISO seaches-
We all can understand why someone would want to do an ISO under an alias. But please make sure to leave a forwarding email address where a provider can contact you at. Please try to remember that some of us would like to remain under the radar.

2. When a lady you are not attracted to responds to you ad- Please don't assume that all sizes fits all on any of the boards. Everyone has preferences, and I am pretty sure that the guy who posts an ISO, does too. So when posting your ISO, why can't you say what type of female that you are searching for? This would save the time of the provider, who may not be your type at all, from wasting your time in responding to your ad.

3. A kind thank you is sufficient enough-
what is wrong with being polite with a thank you, no thank you kind of post or email? There have been a few times when I had responded back to an ISO with no response back at all. Please be courteous, and at least get back to those who have responded to your ad. There is nothing wrong with showing a bit of class :)

4. When searching for more info about a particular lady, why not take it back channel? Why ask out loud: does she do x, y, z? I know I must not be the only one, who finds those types of posts rude, and also a put down to the lady in question. She has reviews, and that is what they are there for. Also, not to mention heavy LE lurkers out there, just ready to take a bite. If you want to know more, and are posting under an alias or your TER name, ask those who have the information to back channel you with it by providing a personal email address or TER email, instead of bringing her personal business on to the boards. Yes it's great to have some info out there (which is why TER has reviews, and great ones, at that!), but sometimes, too much information given  to the public boards, is a bit too much!

If anyone wants to ad more, please feel free to do so :)

Thanks!

My pet peeve on the ISO board is not being specific in the subject line.  At least put the city!

Here's some examples of actual postings with generic subjects:

"looking for a provider" --- Stryph® (2/21/2004 5:19:52 PM) (102 reads)

"Need a lady" --- blonde1967® (2/20/2004 8:12:01 PM) (85 reads)

"in search of a really cant miss" --- lankosss® (2/23/2004 11:10:14 PM) (71 reads)

Are these people actually willing to travel anywhere in the world? (:
If you open their posting you find out - no!

I agree with you! I like to be under the radar, as the city I live in is constantly busting the ladies.

I think some TER readers give out way to much information to strangers on the boards.

Guys, show us some respect and let them buy a TER membership if they need info. it is a very small price to pay!

I understand your complaints.  However, many guys (myself included) post ISOs cause we can't find any reviews (and I'm usually pretty good about doing a thorough search).

What irritates me is how many ISOs go unanswered.  Eg, a girl visits for a week - you know by the third or fourth day somebody has seen her - Well, god damn it, tell me if you'd recommend (details not necessary).  Give us some frigin info (stingy bastards).

do YOU volunteer to be the first to see a visting lady and give out some info as to whether she was worth seeing?

IMHO, the worst thing about ISOs is how many are requested by guys who have never answered anyone else's question or never posted a review.  Granted, I know a lot info travels back channel (that the most common way for ME to answer an ISO if I have any useful info to give), but if you're an "asker", you need to be a "giver" on occassion as well.

Well, I've thrown a few bones and have been prompt to make a suggestion (when there has been interest expressed) - Perhaps too informative (by the opinions of some in this thread) sometimes.

Yes, it is frustrating when guys take without giving (probably right wingers - Sorry, I couldn't resist).
