Are you ladies serious or am I the only one blessed enough not to give a damn. I will eat what ever I feel like whenever I want. Salad is fine, so is surf and turf, or jerked chicken, or candy bars. As long as you excersise on a regular basis and I am sure we all get enough of that don't we? All you need to do is excuse yourself from the meal as it is windiing down go to the bathroom and freshen up, brush teeth, wash hands, liven up that lipstick, and look dazzeling. Come on ladies!! Be yourself... and have some fun. I would hate to be a client out with a provider and see her picking over her food and not enjoying it to the full extent. As a provider you are susposed to please your client. If you aren't having a truly good time how can they?

whatever you eat that evening will stay in your system about 24 hours or so...
irregardless of mouthwash,teeth brushing,Drano,etc.

....so easy on the garlic, chili sauce, curry, and other stinky and smelly variety of foods unless your date is eating the same foods....It will stay in your lungs!....and not to mention the explosive chemical reaction that can build up in your stomach that might ignite uncontrolably depending on the combination of alcohol, spicey foods, etc you consumed....so BEWARE and don't wear your "Currypants" the next day cause that 11:00 AM brunch date  may faint at the first sound of your voice...OOOHHHHEEEEEE!...or the bombs bursting in air during your session will not be from the singing of our National Anthem...Although your bum maybe whistling dixie...lol

Hooooowwwwwlllll!

Cheers!

I do not usually eat those foods anyway. I am probably the only Mexican in the world that does not eat spicy food or onions.

I say ole' chap, that is utterly disgusting. I'm sure most providers stick to plain tossed greens or some pleasant fruit salad prior to their dates with hobbyists. They'll probably wash that down with some mineral water,Perrier or maybe a spot of tea although watch out for teeth staining. Then its off to a good teeth scrubbing, mouth wash and some breath mints. Then of course
a warm bath or shower, a good clean, fresh douche, hair dryed and styled, make-up, and lingeree, and followed by more breath mints.Clean as a whistles thistle!

You talk as if they were at a tailgate party.Good gracious no, VonRyan.

.... that's some regimentation.

I'm sure there are plenty of gals whom "march to a different beat" but nevertheless wind up just as "fresh as a daisy" for their date.

BTW...Do you have your sex positions pre-set before you make love?....only joking...but not really.
Carry on Sir.

Cheers!

And Sedona,

I too keep it light on the day of a date, salad, lemon tea & water, and for the same reason as yourself.

Laura ;-)

Normally, I'm not that hungry on the day of the date. I'm excited and nervous, and have 'butterflies'. I find that I don't normally eat anything within two hours of the date, and eat light before: salads, protein, and NO carbs!
Just curious..

Yes...I find that if I have a big date later in the evening, I don't over indulge in certain foods that may make me bloated later.  I usually have to either eat way before the appointment to allow time for things to settle, or after the appointment.  I also tend to avoid eating anything that will give me gas (especially beans!) and save those items for my week off due to mother nature.  So in two weeks I'll be tootin' away :)

Does anything change in the way of eating prior to a session if you plan on speaking Greek?
