To keep things discrete, it is ideal that a provider does not use any perfume (or lipstick), otherwise my C.O. would become suspicious.  

I love when a man likes to smell good for me- Its a turn-on.  it has not been a problem for me as a  
      shower and my own body wash eliminates any cologne.

Fair enough, but... perfume can be a problem after a goodbye hug, there is no shower on the way home! Just saying.

Most guys cologne smells way too strong or they bath in it and I, and my in call, end up reeking of it. I only see one client on any given day so I am not worried about the "next guy". I just do not want my space smelling like a cheap gigolo.

I only see one gentleman per day so it is not an issue. Besides on the rare occasion I do see more than one, I shower and do a complete overhaul on myself so I am as fresh and as I was for gent number one

I love the smell of an happy honey pot but not much on perfume or cologne.

The only problem would be if the man has already been known by his SO to have had an office romance or two, and or if the man has gotten in trouble at work for sexual harassment, and the SO is aware.

I love the allure of a nice perfume.  For me, it's a big part of the experience.  I always have my messenger bag with me when I hobby.  I pack my own body wash, antiperspirant and cologne,  along with a hair brush and an emergency change of boxers. I shower at the end of a date and part company with the lady without any more contact than a kiss.

Some colognes do not go with certain bodies the smell is different.
No not an issue after my date I take a bath or shower so no worries about the next guy smelling men's cologne.I also tend to most of the times see one gent for a multi-hour date versus a few in the same day.
But please no cologne near or on your private region it does not taste good.

perfumes. I almost always shower (with soap I have brought along) before leaving a provider's incall. I don't want any tell-tale smells on my body.

I think that cologne and perfume are better for both providers and clients.  

Colognes/perfumes don't have to list their proprietary "trade-secret" ingredients and many contain some nasty stuff for human health in general (and it's not just alarmist BS - the scientific literature is pretty damning for some of the ingredients).  

I like the natural smell of a freshly showered man. Also, none shaven down there turns me on too.Mmmm Love it!!!

...or stop for a shower at the gym before heading home.

I knew I shouldn't have bought Walmart's "Cheap Gigolo" line of cologne.  But it smelled so strong, I figured I'd only have to use about a quarter bottle per appointment, so that'd save me some money as well!
