So, I'm talking to this soccer mom yesterday, and about halfway through the game I noticed that she was rather ugly.  Now, I'm a shallow guy and would normally pick up on that really fast.  In my defense, the sun was in my eyes, and the way she was sitting I could see down her top.  Her bright pink and highly padded bra opened enough to give the girls a good degree of sunshine and fresh air.  Did I do wrong by noticing?

As long as you didn't reach down her top to get a better view, you are only seeing what was there to be seen

Women may call us pigs for what you describe, but we are just following what our biology tells us to do. We are hardwired to notice such things. Where the pig part comes in would be if you were staring for more than 20 minutes or so and drooling...

watching my son's hs basketball game there were a couple of very cute girls sitting right in front of me and another dad.  One of these coeds had very low riding jeans, lacy black thong including crackage.  
Neither of us dads said a word.  At the half the girls left their seats.  Two dads, still saying nothing for a few moments, simultaneosly burst into teary laughter.  Oink.
