so i was reading the version of that report on cox.net and they said the police were tipped off to the woman's website which listed "dream dates"

i am soo confused as to where the "probable cause" came into effect. Is it illegal to have a website which sells "dream dates", it doesnt mention anything about her being set up or anything like that, just that they raided based on the website.

Dont they need further evidence?

Dinner with one of these guy's make's her rate seem like peanut's. I think if I could afford it I'd rather have dinner with her.

Not with the current administration controlling our country now. Who know's what or how many Presidential Statement's Bush has signed. Hell, he or any law enforcement agency can pretty much do whatever they want. Innocent until proven guilty, hahaha, that's a good one.

Don't piss-off your neighbors.

Especially if they're the type that are used to giving orders and having them obeyed.

another lesson to take is that if anyone who had access wanted to they could pretty much pin any postings, calls, comments or expenditures back to you. The only thing that is still safe are your thoughts.

This isn't the first time I've heard of a lady being raided after pissing off her neighbors over a long period of time.  

Read reviews.  Always screen.  And don't piss off your neighbors.

I didn't see it say TER, there are other review sites-- but of course there's no reason why it couldn't be TER.  

What is so striking is how reluctant LE was.  They were tipped off to her website and reviews six weeks before they raided her home.  Six weeks?  Not that I'm complaining about that, but if she had lived in a trailer park it wouldn't have taken six hours to raid her.    

And neighbors have been complaining for what-- three years?  

Yes, the hobby is one of strangest "secret" communities in history.  It is secret till you click the mouse a couple times.  The fact is, LE could look, but I think the sheer numbers that they are seeing are daunting here.

the stupidity of these folks. Run a brothel in a gated community in conservative Atlanta? What were they thinking? That no one notices? And, then have a photo shoot in your driveway? Lots of brain power there. I am amazed that they got away with it for as long as they did.

You're absolutely right, my mistake, actually they did say site's, plural.

Remember it's only alleged that they were running a brothel. You're right though, there does appear to be a good bit of arrogance involved, did you see her house? Beautiful place but wide open. Nude photo shoot in the driveway? They might as well have put up neon sign's saying, hey everyone look at us.

What I can't seem to believe is how in the hell can these two idiots keep a log of all of their clientel. Also I know people like reviews but I can just bet that all of their reviews will be used against them. Look at what happen to Aussie Amber. LE went straight to the review board. I know hobbyist want to feel safe and with a reputable provider but I would be concerned about paper trails of some of I hate to say these morons that place explicited and detailed reviews on their dates.
Also as far as her neighbors are concerned, those neighbors are going to hate on them because one:they were single and did have the attention of men 2.They were single and living in the same neighborhood and still paying their bills 3. The girl was a penthhouse pet.  
I agree with Anneke, photo shoots in the driveway were a little more attention than they needed not to mention the wild Halloween parties these two were having. And if the photo of the girl was so blantant and obvious, what other neighbor wouldn't notice. I think its sad that people have nothing better to do then pry into to other people lives. But I guess the world seem to feed on other peoples misfortunes. I would hate to be working the Atlanta Market today! Can you imagine what this does to other guys looking for companionship in Atlanta even if they never seen these two bimbos? I would be paranoid just to call up a provider for fear of having her keep a log book on me if I were her client.

That is why she got away with it for so long. LE does not like to make waves with the wealthy. Case in point…During the 90’s there were a lot of Rapes on “The Plaza” in Kansas City. Because this is a very high profile wealthy area for Kansas City the rapes never made the news!

If you read what the lady says about the photo shoot…it brought them credibility that they were a legal adult business not an allege prostitution ring posing as a legal adult business.

Some of the high-end hotels do not call the police they handle most everything in-house.

LE will not do stings in expensive hotels unless the management invites them! Management will only do this after they have exhausted all means to get the person/ persons not to come back to their establishment.

Remember Discretion is always a must!

There was no caught in the act. Once the DA was tipped off, they evidently watched the place until they had probable cause.  The local TV stations here did show the TER atlanta discussion board with all the posts about the bust. The environment here in Atlanta is unusual right now to say the least

This provider's neighbors had been complaining for > 3 years and LE had actually looked into her before.  Descriptions of her behavior suggest a form of extravagance and indiscretion that made her an easy and attractive target.  Strong suggestion for everyone in the hobby that modesty, discretion and privacy, while not a guarantee, are a much better course for avoiding trouble than putting a klieg light on your house with a sign reading "Please bust me!".

I would recommend not to post too many discussions here - Atl discussion link related to the arrests was removed after commnets with the aliases were posted in the local news paper.  And it is not a bad idea to  stay away from the indys and agencies in Atl for a while.  Lay low.

Or maybe just the ones who added cocaine to their services. Drugs and the hobby have never been a good combination.
