Most of what I've read of clinical research into female orgasm emphasizes clitoral stimulation as an essential ingredient, particularly oral.  My experience is that it usually works very well.

However, I've been with many women for whom vaginal intercourse works for them too.  Proper positioning achieves the desired result.  

So, ladies what works for you?

clitoral stimulation with a tongue, finger or vibrator. I love penatration of some sort while my clit is being played with.

Nothing increases the sexual sensations of intercourse more than adding a little pocket rocket to the mix.

I have got to put my $.02 in...I am one that has multiple "O's" and I can have them either way...I guess I'm lucky like that...lol...although, I find that with clitoral stimulation they tend to be more intense and alot more wet (very wet)not to say that the intercourse ones aren't...heehee

Careful study has revealed that women whose clitoris is 2.5 cm (one inch or the distance from the tip of the thumb to the thumb knuckle) or less from the vaginal opening have vaginal climaxes with intercourse while those whose clitoris is further away have trouble having vaginal climax by intercourse. This is a second rule of thumb. So much for lab research.

Dr Joe, I think it makes sense that the closer the clitoris is to the vaginal opening the more likely a woman is to have a vaginal climax.  Probably because the penis could rub against the clit if it's close as he is pumping away.

I also have multiple orgasm's and either way works for although I do have stronger orgasms with clitoral stimulation, whether it be by a soft touch, vibrator or tongue.   I have out of the world strong orgasms with simultaneous vaginal intercourse and clitoral stimulation.

And, I have mentioned in an earlier post that I can have an orgasm without touching any parts.  The mind is a beautiful thing!!!!

First, I have never gotten off by raising my legs to Heaven but it still feels okay. I can get off so fast by keeping my legs tight against a man who has his legs together, and then I use my calves to grab his lower legs and make it tight.
