Ok everyone, I'm getting a little bit annoyed. I am going to houston this week and screening clients like I do in any city tour that I go on. Well, houston seems to be having big difficulty on filling out my contact form or even giving me their name on the phone!!! I go to bigger cities than houston and I have zero problem with clients willingly giving me info so they can see me. Can anyone tell me how to screen clients in Houston? This is getting a bit ridiculous for the clients to not want to cooperate and expect me to t ake all the risk! Help!

If it were me I'd skip Houston altogether and go somewhere where the clients have more respect for the safety of the provider. Any guy that doesn't want to give his real name at least is banking on the fact that you have nothing on him so he can behave as he wishes or steal like XiaomingLover1 and get away with it. Or you can risk getting busted by the HPD if you decide to go with the Houston flow. They love visiting providers who relax their rules to fit into Houstons scene. Best of luck Jessica.

I have never experienced what you have described.

When I post a tour I post well in advance. If you find that the response you are receiving; like what you have described is happening, then there is no risk, you just don't go to Houston. I would just travel to a city where screening clients does not give you any headache. There are times when I travel to a city to see a particular friend and I post that I am touring that particular city...I can decide at some point then..if I WANT to entertain any other friends..based on email and phone communication. If the gentlemen can't even tell you a name...then the rest of the PACKAGE...I wouldn't want. He wouldn't be worth the risk. I am not one to ask for too many details..but what's in a name? I don't want SSN's or DL's but name, age, wt, and ht and 2 refs....plus any other little details he wants to share.

but hey, Houston is a bit bizzare... I've yet to see a provider in Houston, my home town.  why?  cause I go to the strip clubs.  My advice though is to see noone without screening - noone, not even lil ole green me.  and I mean that.

Heck - I give gals so much information they ask me to stop sending stuff to them!!  lol!!!  seriously, once I've made initial contact with a lady, I've no problem sharing a bit of my real life with them to get them to feel comfortable.  Once that happens - the sessions are just- well, better, much better!

that Houston hobbyists are not used to being screened. I have never been there, so I can't say for sure, but I do know I've hobbied in Reno off and on for about 8 yrs. probably seen 40 providers and have yet to be screened.    My advice is to search the Houston Regional Board, see if you can get an idea of screening, look up a few Houston providers websites, and see if they screen, and maybe ask the question on that board.   Best of luck to ya!

Houston has morals revival going on right now. It was one of the most open cities, it is now trying to close some famous gentlemens clubs and LE has been coming down on SKIP IT. Or contact a local for further advice.

If you were having any doubts, and considering letting your screening slide, the thread a few posts down serves as an excellent reminder to screen screen screen.

I checked you contact form and there's nothing there out of the ordinary. I've hobbied in Houston (my first time, as a matter of fact) and provided screening info without ay issues arising.

I'm not sure what the problem is. Obviously, if you can't get enough clients willing to provide info, there's no sense going there.

Houston seems to have more providers than there is demand for, hence prices tend to be lower there. That may have something to do with it.

My Texas experience has been in Dallas, but I know a lot of providers go back and forth between the two cities.

While TER is a valuable resource nationwide, it's not the most widely-read escort board in the area.  You will certainly get more exposure if you try some of the others (PM me for details), and then can just hang up on the stupid guys who can't/won't follow instructions.  Preferred411 is also in wide, wide usage down there -- many people are used to giving out their "P411" ID to handle screening, as it's really simple for all concerned.

Your posted rate is also a little high for the Texas markets -- not unreasonably so, but there does seem to be a strong degree of price sensitivity there, and an extensive group of providers in the area.  For someone without a volume of solid reviews, you may be running off the established hobbyist market (the guys who understand about screening), and just getting responses from newbies who don't understand the ways of the business.
