I have a couple of questions for the ladies and guys can jump in if they want.
How long does the average client actually last before the pop? Can a client stay in one sexual position nonstop for 20 min? How do ladies feel about a client that reviews very explicitly or uses phrases like "this is the position I decided to punish her"? How similar would a review of a date be if the provider also wrote a review of the same session?

I asked about the one position question because, for example, I saw couple clients stating in reviews about fucking in "doggy" for 20 minutes nonstop because the girl looked amazing in doggy position. I was just wondering if an average client or any client can actually last in the same repetitive motion without pulling/ripping or cramping up muscles.
I can't ever remember wanting to stay in doggie for more than 5-10 minutes without changing positions, but in answer to your OP, Yes I do occasionally stay in mish for extended periods of time. "pulling/ripping or cramping" has never been an issue.
Come to think of it, I believe I have been "ridden" for over twenty minutes at a time in cowgirl a few times as well, but I suppose that's more of a testament to the lady than to me because I all I contributed was the pole for her to ride and she did all the actual work. lol
I usually wait for an hour if I can out of a 2 hour session so that I can prolong things. I seldom get a second pop in, so I figure to make the first one last. One gal, however, wants me to get off in under 30 minutes so she can get a second cup out of me before the 2 hours is up.
As for one position for 20 minutes, that's a bit of a stretch. 5-10 minutes is more like it.
however we want it by building up the muscles needed to sustain ourselves for longer periods in our favorite positions, providing you don't have a disability that prevents you from weightlifting. The disabled among us that I know have learned to work around their infirmities and make the most of their sessions in spite of their physical limitations. I won't name these guys but kudos to them for not gaining 200 pounds and riding around in a scooter.
You just need to decide what your favorite positions are, and then work the muscles that are specific to those positions. For CG, I would suggest abs and kegels. Abs will let you thrust upward to meet her stroking, which I have found many girls like. Strengthening Kegels will help you last longer in a position like CG that might make you blow really fast. My favorite position is missionary, so I have to work pecs, abs, lats, delts, biceps and triceps. 3-4 two-hour workouts a week is sufficient to sustain a high level of efficiency. A little more might needed during the initial "growth" stage.
However, strength is only one component of fitness. You should also increase your stamina (cardio workouts) and flexibility (stretching and limbering) . Put these three things together and you will not have any problem with continuous sexual activity for 30-45 min. Once you get yourself on a consistent exercise schedule, you can notice a significant change within three to six months depending on the intensity and commitment of your exercise program.
