In the spirit of the thread below, givers and receivers, what are your thoughts, recommendations, likes, dislikes, etc?  
P.S. I know there are many who think this is disgusting, unsafe, etc., and I get that. But I'm directing this at fans, of which I include myself.

I absolutely love giving and receiving. Clients tend to like it during BJs, but I always ask first for the aforementioned reasons. Clients know I keep my body super clean for dates, and it's an expectation I have of them as well. So that would be my highest recommendation: clean down there (a quick finger in the shower with soap helps) and your mouth before engaging. That way, both parties feel uninhibited and eager to explore.  

I'll usually on DATO with someone who is freshly prepared to have anal sex. That means very, very clean. If I venture there otherwise, I avoid the area at the slightest detection of ... use your imagination. ..

I had some rimming done on me for the first time recently.  While it felt good, it wasn't mind blowing or anything.  Given the limited time and the greater pleasure in other activities, it is not something I will ask for or miss if it never happens again.

Every provider has been willing to let me go there. As long as the woman is clean, then I am willing to give her a great rim job. So far it has been no problems with any ill effects.
