Let me clarify:  I've enjoyed prostate massages from time to time, and my question was whether the young woman's reference to the seven special ways was grounded in fact or fiction.  In my own experience, there's only, basically, one way.  Now, for those who aren't familiar with it, a prostate massage involves the provider inserting a finger or vibrator into the anus and up the rectal canal until it comes in contact with the prostate.  If the prostate is massaged, it can be quite stimulating.  I have had this in combination with a bj, and the effect can be earthshaking.  So back to the question:  is there an art to this or was she just pulling my ...uh ... leg?

yes there is an art to it, just like there is an art to any kind of sexual experience. where is it, when to stroke, when to circle, when to stop.... how to match the external stimulation with the internal. i don't know anything about the seven special ways but of course people's skills will vary, it's more than just ramming something in there and pumping...
