Either tell your bosses, try to get another guy interested in her, be blunt and tell her to her face that you're not into her....maybe loud enough so others can hear and be sure to point out shes married to boot, ooorrrrrr you could give her some but don't bathe! Leave her with a bad taste in her mouth! Don't brush your teeth and breathe on her. Talk about some other girls and be sure to tell your what your upper most age limit is sort of like you don't notice she is hitting on you. Whatever your choice, remember, she will move on to other interests. BUT, if you hear from some guy who took her on and she was good, don't go to her. She won't give it to you if you blow her off. I don't know how old you are, but you need to use your imagination. I know some of my suggestions are not cool, but apparently she isn't either, in your view. Seriously, the best way is to tell her while she is doing it. After a couple of times, begin to include that you will tell a supervisor. If she keeps it up, tell a supervisor but don't make a scene. Don't tell her you're going to, I mean, by then you've already warned her enough times. Whatever you do......take notes. How many times on which dates, what she did and how long she did those things. With the info/accusations in writing, nice you produce a COPY to your supervisor, they won't have any choice but to stop it right then and there. The company can come out of it as a loser, too.

MILF. There is this new women at my work place. Due to her job, she is only here twice a week. Because I have to work side by side with this women, we had to exchange phone numbers, emails, and such. She actually told me her age, she's 47, which is not my preference. It's nothing wrong with that age, but, it's not my preference. I could tell that she was hot when she was younger, but with her career, kids, and yes, she even told me she is married. She just ain't been looking so good for that past 10 or so years IMO.

And I give her the clue that I am not interested. Next thing, we are working side by side at a conference. She fucking moves her body facing me and fucking putting her legs and foot on my personal space, you know, the space where I am entitled to put my own foot on. So, I had to fucking turn my legs the other way to avoid touching her legs.

Next thing you know, she's fucking do her presentation and such, and her non verbal actions were touching me. She was illustrating some type of shit, and her hands were fucking caressing my arms and body for a demonstrations and such. I didn't like it. At one point, she fucking places her hand on my arm for like 10 seconds.

Man, I made it fucking clear, and gave her clear indications that I am not interested in this women. Hell, I've even been trying to be a total bitch to her for the past several days. But, this shit is not working. I don't want to report her and say that is sexual harassment, cause, she got families and shit she has to take care of. Hell, I don't even answer her phones and text now, well, I kinda have to, but I wait several hours unless it's some type of urgency that is work related.

Okay, providers, why the fuck do you hit on men and you know that they are not interested in you in the first place? And, why do you prolong this cycle? Do you think she ain't getting it at home or something? Hobbyist, what can I do? I'll continue to wear her ass out until she gets the point that I'm not interested in her.

Tell her straight out that you simply aren't interested and that her behavior is beginning to affect your work and working relationship.

You say you've given her 'indicators,' but perhaps you just need to be blunt. Communication goes a long way- not everyone is great at reading body language, especially when it doesn't jive with what they have in mind.

really not my type. It's different for girls to do this, but I'm just not into her at all. I mean, I can see if I was a bit older in age, when pussy is not necessarily available. I just don't want to have sweat dreams and nightmares, and flashbacks of the incident. If I fuck her once, she'll keep on wanting to fuck me again. It's happened before in the past.

though a few BS detectors are going off here, I'll give you the benefit of the doubt because I suppose such circumstances do arise in business from time to time.

If you have made it clear to her that you do not want her making advances to you, and she continues to do so (By the way, what did she say after you made your intentions clear?), then you have only two options:  One is to continue to take her harrassment (Which clearly you don't want.); and the other is to go to your company's HRD and file a formal complaint there.

I know that you said you don't want to make trouble for her but it's either that or continue to be her boy-toy.

By the way, even though I would like to get that kind of attention from a MILF, I would not do so at work.  Don't poop where you eat, and all that.

her. I hate creating awkward situations at work. I just have to pull her aside in the near future and tell up upfront. All of my clues have been nonverbal, and she hasn't picked up on it. So, the best thing I can do is to take some time off and talk to her.

I'm not into causing trouble at the workplace and filing a complaint case, that's just not my style. Although, other situations are appropriate, but not this on IMO, at least I feel that I have the efficacy to do something about it. Thanks!
