Providers and Hobbyists All
Today I came upon an agency website that was advertising their young lovelies available for hire. Nothing new to that concept. Up at the top of the website was a header called "Bad Apples". Curiosity got the better of me, and I clicked it to see what that could possibly mean. The agency indicated that certain girls formerly in their employ, had apparently skipped town and owed them money for hotel rooms, transportation, etc. So they showed the photos of the alleged women who owed them money. I guess this was in an attempt to let potential customers know that they were not to be trusted and perhaps shame them into paying what this agency said they owed. I cant recall every seeing anything like this before...not that some agencies wont bad mouth their former employees but to go to this extent showing their faces and listing the amount of money they were owed. First time I think I have ever seen this. So the question for you hobbyists and providers out there is simply this: Should the agency have done this? Should other agencies do the same for those women who skip town with debts owed? Or does this just create an adversarial environment and doesnt do anybody any good? Points of view?

For starters, it makes one look kind of petty; and one has to wonder if there is more to it than just a gal skipping on them like maybe it's on account of a personal grudge.
Secondly, any gal considering working for the agency is going to think twice about working there just in case she gets caught up in something and ends up with her face on the bad apple page.
Third, as a prospective client, I'd have to wonder about how this agency is treating their gals in general that so many end up on this list. It takes two to tango usually.
Lastly, there's probably someone crazy enough to hire a lawyer and sue you for libel for posting their picture. Given the kind of business we are in, I'd need that like a hole in the head.
Like in any business, I would figure that some shit is always going to happen, and any money that doesn't come in just should be written off. As long as you can pay the bills and bring something home, I'd be ahead of the game.
I have to agree with you. Just didnt seem right to me....lots of downside and not much upside to posting this on an agency website. Doubt they will ever get the money they think they are owed and probably makes clients think they are petty about a couple of hundred bucks. I wouldnt do it either!

Woman owned agency, reps all women. Don't you guys know not to step in the middle of that?
I, as a man, would not step in between a couple of women having an issue. Just one of those life lessons, I guess.
Nor would I. Nor would, I suspect, any truly good agency.
But (at the risk of starting a war), I do call your attention to the fact that it is a New Jersey agency.
Which explains more than one can imagine.
No, they should not have done this. All I know about this agency is what you've posted - but it reeks of exploitation and implies that the organization's management treats women like cattle. It's bad for clients, too. I would be more apprehensive about dealing with them because it's clear that they're pretty callous and are minimally concerned with the welfare of the human beings involved in their business.
An agency that treats their employees fairly and respectfully, and only hires providers who know what they are doing should never have cause to do this. I hope they get taken down by a police sting.

It is an occupational hazard much like the risk a lady takes that a client might not show. I'm sure the agency collects their fees on a regular basis... or they stop giving referrals. Girls jump ship all the time. This just smells of exploitation & sour grapes. If they treated the gals right they might stay.
Even, in fact, especially if the agency is right this type of outing is intended to HARM the gal, not just with clients but friends & family... business acquaintances... I respond negatively to those who try to harm ME or OTHERS.
I would & will boycott this agency like the plague.

Lots of hookers (and strippers) have fucked up lives, are flakes, have drug or alcohol addictions, or just don't really want to be doing what they are doing. Just like a lot of people in society as a whole, but likely in a higher percentage. Its a risk an escort business takes when they hire.
But in defense of the working women, some agencies are run by slimeballs with no ethics. Pimps with business cards, websites, and an office staff. Even slimeballs have people who stick with them long term through the bullshit. Some people who get screwed or taken advantage of will walk away. Others, who may deal fairly and honestly when people treat them right, may just not give a shit about the slimeball and give them a taste of their own medicine.
But the big question is CAN YOU EVEN TRUST THAT INFORMATION TO BE ACCURATE??? Of course not.
IMO, an agency that pulls a stunt like that would fuck a client over in a heartbeat, long before LEO had a nightstick up their ass.
You'd be a fool to book through them.
Who has the most to lose by going public with anything considering this is an illegal business on both sides.
these amounts are pure chicken feed compared to the larger agencies..thousands of dollars owed are commonplace..some owed to the girls..some owed to the agency..all this is always kept internally and is certainly no one's business..listing " Bad Apples' helps no one..only exacerbates any hard feelings involved..
