May I be the first to say Thank You to all the men and women who have made the choice to lay their lives on the line to defend this Nation and all of it's citizens. Also, allow me to take a moment of silence and shed a tear for those who paid the ultimate price in that choice.
Memorial Day weekend was coming up, and the nursery school teacher took the opportunity to tell her class about patriotism.
"We live in a great country," she said. "One of the things we should be happy is that, in this country, we are all free."
