So i get back to VIP level and start sending e-mails to a couple of folks I have been talking to on these boards - other real usernames (I think) and I get an error not found message?  

How does that work?  Why can't I message HBxxx?

I would suggest that your VIP status might not be totally restored and an email to TER might correct your issue, if not I'm sure that they can talk you through the complicated and tedious task of sending an email/PM.

BTW, I'm not a "GOPer", I'm an Independent but also a pragmatist, I vote for the lesser of two evils and that is usually the Republicans, no wait, it's always the Republicans when its Republican vs Democrat.
