Cheap dates are not cheap
You would do well to get hooked up with a single mother types who fit your profile for looks, sex appeal...Barwhores are not worth the trouble and will end up costing you more in drama than their good looks are worth.
Ask your daughter or niece or even the young women where you work if they knows any single mothers and you'll be half way there. Of course, one needs to be careful treading on this water because you may step into a pond that is more than waist deep. But, if you find a good 20ish struggling mom, your donations will be much more needed than feeding some ugly drug habit.
I was thinking it would be nice to find an "amateur" provider to hook up with on a regular basis. Not really a professional, just a regular girl, maybe a college student that could use some extra cash each month for a no strings arrangement and has few, if any other clients. The appeal of this would be reduced health risks and more of a GFE feeling compared to a high volume provider. I'm not talking about a sugar daddy arrangement, since I'd only see her once or twice a month.

Hahaha, good luck. If she's low volume she's probably under the radar, hard to meet without some type of connection. If she's a regular advertising provider that only see's a few limited client's a day, due to that, she probably has a pretty full dance card as far as open day's per week. Hell, join the crowd, the more the merrier.
I see about 3 clients a week and one thing I have noticed is that low volume providers are outcall only as men love to cancel dates on a regular basis b/c their wife sprung up a surprize dinner or family drops by.
I would become high volume in a second if I wasn't in my parent's hometown and didn't inherit a partially damaged house I was born in. I have been doing construction and remodeling for a year now

The problem with this is it's pretty rare to find a civvie girl who is looking for sex with no strings attached (or at least I haven't been able to find one). Even with fuck buddies, there's usually an emotional attachment and I don't want to deal with that right now.

You say you are looking for a provider, yet not a professional. Yes, there are ladies out there who will play for pay who do not do it for a profession. They are not easy to find simply as there are more guys who would love this scenerio than there are ladies who are looking for it. The ladies who are looking for it can afford to be extremely selective. What is your selling point? Be sure to have an answer ready that doesn't make you sound like a cocky a@@.
You may find this lady on CL or AFF. Then again, if you find her, what's to say she's not actually a professional? How do you know how many ads she responds to or places?
Why do you assume that she'd be fvcking any less men than a professional low-volumn provider? Who knows what she does with her free time? Why do you think there would be reduced health risks over a professional who takes these risks *seriously*, tests often, and protects herself and her friends? Why do you think it would be more of a GFE feeling over someone who loves providing GFE?!?

I say find a provider whom you really enjoy, who responds to you ("chemistry")and treats you well. If you like her and if she will strive to make herself available to fit your desired schedule and financial terms, then why worry about her other "dates" or activities?
Your opinion is the most realistic. The person looking for a non-pro would be wise to follow this suggestion. I have found a few ladies where there's a nice chemistry, or connection. I know they have other clients, some more than others, but they still make me feel special. Isn't that the most important thing?
Ladies with 'high' fees do not see a lot of men -they don't need to.
