In agreeance with the other ladies... the things I've had changed are my website, had the ad link removed, phone number update, & when I started offering different services, had those changed(LFK to DFK for example). Also, little things like hair color, or length.. a couple months ago, my profile still had my hair length as 'med'.. which I had to have changed, as it's now waist-length. Things like, 'are the pics accurate' 'was she on time', or 'services as promised' can NOT be changed by the provider.
I'm sure the WKs will come out of the woodwork on this one!
TER profiles are written by guys/reviewers/hobbyists and are supposed to be updated by the same. In a previous thread, a provider claims that if a profile gets changed or written that is NOT to her LIKING, she will try to have it changed to suit HER liking. Why would a provider be allowed to change a profile that's supposed to an honest account by men and for men? Who pays on this site?
If providers are allowed to BS guys and pull the wool over hobbyists eyes about their services, and business then TER profiles will never be accurate.

Of course a restaurant can and should change their "profile" if it contains incorrect information, bad phone number, a new address, reservation policy, etc. And, a provider should also be able to change her profile if it contains incorrect information such as contact information, menu items that have changed either added or no longer provided, etc. The provider is in the best position to know what services she provides and I would prefer that her profile be accurate
First off I am the farthest thing from an angry or dishonest provider. Now that that has been established.
The provider owns the profile, BUT NOT THE REVIEW. If there is a difference between the PROFILE and the menu YOU experienced, then place it in the review. You job is to write a review. You are not my pimp. I do not need you to change my profile. If my Profile is incorrect, you can feel free to point it out to me. I take constructive criticism and suggestions pretty well.
You can say all you want in the review and I have very little if any control. I should and do have complete control over my profile. Personally, I think my personal Profile is complete and honest. I can however, understand how a provider has items on their menu that are not always consistent with their service. If you feel this is an issue with YOUR visit then put it in the Review.
Here is an example. I do not do BDSM. It's a side of me that has not evolved into something I feel I could provide at at this time. I would never consider performing a service I don't feel educated to perform. It would be bad for the client, me and my reviews. The client would not get their moneys worth. HOWEVER, I will work with a duo partner to provide this service. If the duo provider is known to me and is known for her experience in this area, I may feel that we can give the client what he wants. The client will have their expectations met. That is the key point.
So does the client go back and change my Profile? Does he say, "yes, she does BDSM" ? Hands OFF!! If you can't understand why I say I don't do it, yet I did it for you under special circumstances, then you lack intelligence and you should not be contributing to the gene pool.
I could give you more examples, but I don't have time and most of you are smart enough to figure out a few on your own.
Feel free to write a review and admonish me for anything incorrect from within my Profile. It would be nice, however, it you would just have the courtesy to ask me and tell me why you feel something is inconsistent. I know this is hard to do from behind that Alias, but sooner or later you are going to have to go potty without mommy.
Reagan, what do you see as protocol for the lady with reviews dating back 5 years with a profile age of 18-21? According to your comments, we're supposed to let her maintain it. That's a great approach for the services section with an honest provider. Don't forget that the site currently has 394 profiles flagged as ripoffs and many more that are less than honest. Someone needs to update those for the database to accurate.
Phil, to a point you’re correct. However let’s take this a step further.
If the PROFILE is incorrect then say so in the review. Get that old hag to step up and not stay 25 for 10 years. From a factual point you can say in her review she is nowhere near that age. She has been told in her reviews to that she looks far older than her pics or her stated age. Call a spade a spade. That is what the review is for, in my opinion.
I don’t want to bash providers or clients but honesty is what TER is supposed to be about. You’re supposed to be able to control the quality of the providers by writing reviews that honestly portray your actual experience. To me that means you look at the profile, you look at the reviews, if they are all in line with the Profile your golden. If not then your fellow hobbyists have pre warned you that the provider needed a power scooter to get to the door. That’s a pretty powerful tool.
You are the kings of the review. You have the ability to slice and dice and cut a provider to ribbons. This has been established, and proven on multiple occasions. Some members of this board have no problem reminding everyone that they are very capable of doing such. HOWEVER like the Alias, keep in mind that “Absolute power corrupts Absolutely”. Where do you draw line? The Alias client gets to write a review that is factual, or not. Now he feels he is entitled to change part of a providers Profile possibly on a whim?
If you have an issue with the PROFILE stick it in the review. Admonish her where it counts. In fact I would l think that is what you as clients would prefer. Don’t you want to know if she is a liar? Or if she takes liberty with the truth or however PC you want to phrase it?

Your point is well taken. For deception the review is the place to spell it out.
When I do problem reports it's for accuracy and in cases where deception is not an issue.
I'm glad I have never had to deal with a deception by a provider.
What seems to be addressed in these threads is whether or not we ladies can and should be capable of making changes to services offered.
I say we should be able to make these changes.
Sure, there will be some ladies overstating what they offer but in my opinion this is not long term business strategy and it will bite them in proverbial ass.

OMG I just totally missed that side of the issue. I just assumed that everyone knew we were free to change our Profile to meet our needs on an as needed basis. If anyone has the opinion that we are not then I would love to hear the reason behind it.

I rarely get involved in discussion board arguments, but this particular issue to me is somewhat important.
Hopefully most people can tell the difference between DISHONEST provider and provider who prefers not to create unrealistic expectations and reserves the right to make sure her profile accurately reflects absolute minimum of services offered.

Thats why I would only trust a few people in my Profile. I want to change it as I see fit, or restrict it as I see fit. I dont want to set unrealistic expectations.

Changed is my email, my ad site ( they keep puting Cityvibe Link where ive never paid to advertise but I have had there free ad for a week now they put both exotics and cityvibe links on my Profile Which sorta upsets me with the cityvibe link due to cityvibe don't really have my ad up on their site it's called deep linking which in my opion is bullshit do to it's got old info and bad email) sorry for rambling
Let me get back to your question once my profile said I offered rimming and I had that removed due to I have never and will never offer it.
I think that we as providers need to keep an eye on our profiles due to some guys make honest mistakes while filling out profiles, it's up to us the provider to clear it up so that we don't disappoint our friends when they see us.

That being said, I don't let any one aspect of what I read about a provider determine if I am going to see her or not. That means I don't decide based just on numbers or just on her profile. The written reviews are still the biggest part of the process for me. I've gotten CIM from girls who don't have it in their reviews and BBBJ from girls who's profile says they only do CBJ. I also file problem reports whenever I feel one is warranted. What I don't do is change stuff that I know my regular ladies don't want changed.
What kind of changes?
1) Most common change is replacing that pesky Citivibe link.
It has old pictures and wrong dates. Yet it pops up with amazing persistence.
2) Changing phone number or deleting it completely.
If it is no longer to my LIKING to receive phone calls I think I should be able to make this change.
3) Services offered.
Believe it or not, but some of us prefer to UNDERSTATE our "menues". Why? Each lady has her personal reason for this. Some feel that certain services are too personal, others don't want to be put on spot.
Since I may offer rimming in one out of 50 sessions, so should it be checked as YES on my profile? I don't believe so. Another instance is infamous "does she swallow or not".
Again, I want to make sure that my profile says NO. Why? I prefer not to be contacted by gentlemen who are interested in anyone as long as this service is offered. Call me crazy but to me not all money is good money. So if you run TER Search Engine and your only two requirements are "alive" and "swallows" my profile will not pop up in search.
Each and single one of my dates is unique and tailored to individual patron needs. To get some idea as to what you can expect you would actually have to read damn reviews, as opposed to cursory glance at YESs and NOs.
4) Who pays for this site.
Both men and women. It is most common misconception that only guys pay VIP. In reality, ladies pay for VIP just as often if not more often then men.
5) Dishonesty.
Once again, stating that XYZ is offered and not providing it is dishonest. Stating that XYZ is not offered and providing it - personal preferences of individual lady. It has absolutely nothing to do with dishonesty and everything with making sure there are no unmet expectations.
I think as provider who is on Top 100 List in one of biggest markets in USA I have some idea as to how run my business, would not you say so?

yes i suppose that makes quite a bit of sense. because. yes we alter oyr visions of oyrselves as women. its somewhat like selctive hearing. for example i have a bit of green in my eyes when light hits just right. but i just insit they are flat out green. and well thats prob partialky cuz i wish i had green eyes so yes. i can see where women havn a say in there profiles may be bad. cuz i suppose theres alot of us who are wishful thinkers at best. !
