well I am back from a 2-3 week hiatus! I had a serious infection called cellulitis. Was in the hospital for a week, and then recovery for a week lol!

Brutal, brutal pain -- way worse than childbirth.  I spent 9 days in the hospital, and they had to cut the infection out.  My recovery took MONTHS.  Ugh.

I took this in target, trying on smaller size...and my daughter said to me

The wee bit I know is this can be a simple infection to life threatening if you leave it too long.

I would think that forty pounds would be several sizes.

AAR I hope you can take this negative event and make something positive out of it. Why stop at forty, maybe with some hard work you could shed another forty, most likely it would add years to your life. Good luck.

If I lose even 10 lbs. I drop 2 sizes, but others can lose 30 and only drop one because of where they lost the weight at. If you carry more weight in your thighs, your dress size around the waist, hips, tummy, might stay the same because you did not lose most of the weight there. My tits are the first to go lol.

was told i was holding lots of fluid...

was I had it for 3 weeks and had no clue, then the final week before hospital, i was having chills, fevers, seeing triple, feeling faint, the lumps spread rapidly.  

i did not lose anything from butt down
