The difference between "skin on skin" vs "skin on latex" is night and day. and that goes for P/V, anal, and oral as well.

I just had CBJ for the first time last night, before that only BBBJ. Yes, in fact, they do compare -- physical sensation-wise. I can't speak to psychological because that will be different for every guy.
My advice would be to try it out and see for yourself. If you already know your preference (from experience) then you know your preference.
