Today's paper announced that prosecutors of the case down in Florida that ensnared an NFL team owner will not appeal a judge's ruling that tossed out the video evidence, which evidence is about the only thing they had on the guy.   Their fear is that a further appeal would end up causing more headaches for them in the future regarding this kind of evidence.

 
So, while the trick will walk, the AMP mamasan may still be prosecuted based on other evidence that was uncovered.

All the other dozens and dozens of non billionaires caught up in this travesty of justice should be VERY happy that a very famous billionaire was swept up in this terrible example of LE overreach and don't have to worry about being persecuted/prosecuted either. As I said a few weeks ago, they all owe him a debt of thanks.

 
It is a shame that the Mamasan is still being prosecuted though, It wouldn't surprised me if they went after her twice as hard after being publicly embarrassed by their overreach.
