I’ve often read reviews where “the pics looked good”, but the lady was heavy or the pics were taken “several pounds ago”.
So while this may be wishful thinking, here goes:
In the provider profile, height, breast size, body type, etc are specified ... Wouldn’t “weight” be useful info?
(And yes I know this would be estimated, & I know body type gives a general idea)
Very dangerous grounds you're treading. A lady's weight can vary quite a bit depending on time of month, body structure, exercise. Consider a lady, 5'8" could be 140# and be really toned. I'm 5'6" and 140. Would I pass over a beautiful amazon goddess just because she weighed the same as me? Pics and recent reviews will narrow your choices between fact and fiction.
I don’t quite get why it’s “Very dangerous grounds” ... it’s only another stat …
To each his own ...some like BBW, some like spinners … So IMHO, a height/weight relation would help with selection & lead to fewer disappointments
Like Charlottenoble mentioned earlier. There are different bone structures, so to some 125 is skinny, to some 130 is fat. Some people look skinnier than their weight, others the opposite. Even doctors say weight is not a good determining factor. That's why models and actresses don't put that on their resume or they'd be incorrectly judged.

Ciara
This is so true!
The way individual women carry weight is radically different. Additionally, most people have preconceived notions about which weights are "thin" and which aren't.
At one point in my life, I weighed 140 pounds. I was a size 8, and on my large, 5'7" frame, I looked *way* too thin. People kept telling me I looked like a skeleton and that I should gain some weight.
But if I were that skinny, and I told a client I weighed 140 pounds, he would think "that sounds fat." 140 just doesn't sound thin. But on me, it's bony.
I have a girlfriend, though, who doesn't carry weight well. On her, 140 is pretty fat.
Plus, I know several ladies who work out a lot, and they have a lot of muscle mass. They weigh in the 150 range, but wear a size 6. Would a client be biased by their actual weight? More than likely.
Actual weight does not necessarily give one a good idea of a lady's appearance. Pictures, good, recent pictures, are probably the best way for clients to judge.

I agree with Charlotte. Two people who are the same height and weighs exactly the same, can look very different. Muscle weighs twice as much as fat. So, if one person is hitting the gym 5 days a week, she can weigh the same as someone who sits on the couch eating Ben & Jerrys all day, but they won't look the same.
In that respect, Body Type would be a more acurate description.
Besides, it is a lot easier for a hobbyist to state a whether someone is athletic or heavy as opposed to trying to acurately guess actual pounds.
But, none of that would have anything to do with your first sentence regarding a provider no longer looking like her pix. Whether she is billed as 'thin' or her profile said she weighed 107 lbs, doesn't matter if her pix are 4 years old and she gained 40 lbs.
C'mon, SP... how many times has that scenario actually happened to you? Anyone can say that this happens all the time, but how many times has it actually happened to you personally?
Stick to the providers who are well reviewed, do your research, and don't rush out to see every "hot" picture you see, and you'll be fine. I'm a BBW provider and I get a lot of gents who definitely like the heavier ladies, but they like my curves, my plush, sensual breasts, my affectionate hugs, my sweet, soft thighs, my over the top skills as a massage therapist.... not the number on my scale....
If you're more concerned about stats than you are with overall sex appeal, then you aren't going to be able to fully enjoy your time with any provider, no matter what the numbers say.
But hey, no harm in asking... "how much do you weigh?" (I'd love to see the responses you get from that question... : )
Get real dude. There are guys out there writing reviews and filling out provider profiles who can't tell fake ta ta's from real ones, Asian providers from Hispanic, smokers from non smokers, etc...
You want we should ask? That would pretty much guarantee no second cup in most cases. Just stick with well reviewed ladies. The real story on a good lady is always going to be in the body of the review, not in her stats.
Really this is just meant in jest, but you can ask a woman when you call her and she can explain. Do we really need any more degrading facts about us that are not factual or pertaining to what you might believe will help the hobbyist have another orgasm? Geez! I hope you take this humorously, but I can put on any hairpiece or wig, get a tan, put on makeup and you'll think I'm the sexiest thing on the planet (or at least for the moment). Believe me when I say this. Just let me bat my eyelashes at you, look into your eyes with my dark-blue seductive eyes and suck some blood from those dick veins. Then I'll French kiss you like you've never been kissed before, and believe me you won't remember anything about weight darlin', especially when I'm twirling your manly cock inside my tight mouth and twisting and turning it oh so heavenly, making it feel like a tight, hot pussy. Need I say more?
Hugs,
Ciara

you look at performance. The 2nd lady is touring near me but when I saw the performance numbers, I moved on.

whether it says 'Athletic' or acurately states her exact weight in lbs, means nothing if the ad pix or the profile is a year old.
If the profile was created in 2005 and said she weighs 105 lbs, doesn't mean she doesn't weigh 175lbs in 2007.
Get it?
C'mon folks.
Look at the pics.
Look at the stats.
Do the pics appear to contradict the stats?
Remember your previous experiences, and try to weigh [no pun intended] the evidence before you, as best you can. Remember, no one's life is at stake if your analysis is wrong.
How recent was the review "a few pounds ago"?
Do the pics appear to vary greatly?
This would never happen, but I think that body fat percentage, not weight, would be a lot more usuful as a vital statistic. It couldn't hurt to have both.
And don't forget, people will differ as to what they consider to be plump, heavy, big-boned, fat.
I think one can argue about its value, but the profiles are very difficult to get changed. Whatever the first person writes becomes gospel forever. That is one of the major problems with TER review process that as things change (offerings, price, etc) the profile doesn't reflect it.
Notice that age is listed as a range. You can bet that the accuracy of a weight item would only exist if the categories were
0 - 60 pounds
61 - 240 pounds
Heavier
I would be happy if things around services were accurate. I don't know if you are a VIP but the details often will mention the lady's weight relative to what her photos present
Younger than 29
29
Older than 29
Oddly enough, the majority of providers would be in the middle category.
I've tried to change certain things on my profile for four years and with no luck. So . . . why don't you guys just ask the ladies when you contact them. Geez! It doesn't take a friggin' genious to figure that one out. I sometimes wonder about the intelligence of men on this board. Wink!

Ciara

I can't look at a woman and guess her weight. I can't take a woman's weight and guess how she looks. IMHO, most guys are in the same boat. In other words, it's a stat that's going to get fucked up and cause bad feelings far more often than it's going to say something useful.
Like I said it in my original post, it was wishful thinking. But your point makes sense.
Reviewers are already so different on their limited choices of body type, looks, and performance that asking for a specific weight wouldn't give any better data.
My estimate of her weight may be WAY OFF.
Is she 140 or 142?

I'm fairly tall and long-waisted, so I look skinnier naked. A lot of it's muscle and the main muscle that weighs the most is the one that massages your possibly teeny dick, and believe me it is working overtime baby. ![]()

As been mentioned over and over, muscle is much heavier than fat. Besides, the best time I ever had was with a casual GF that was fairly plump. She is the most sensual woman I've met to date. She could beat ya like a rented mule and leave ya whimpering and quivering for quite some time afterwards!....hehehe I'd have the tremors for days....lol
Sensuality and being sexually attractive have nothing to do with a woman's size, in my opinion.
Just a checkbox with the word Fatty would be enough. Guessing poundage should be left to the county fair.
Let's be honest is all that I ask. It can't be hard to change the information on your website. It you started at 105lbs and over several years are 30-40 lbs heaveier than update your info so I won't be shocked when I arrive. Isn't that fair for all concerned.
