The story doesn't say anything about authorities talking to the guy involved. Does that mean it's okay to have sex on a commercial airplane as long as you're polite to the flight crew?
... I know, something rare for me ... But, on a serious note, if the crew hear noises come from the BR and passengers confirm that there are two people in there and so on ... I HOPE they'd intervene to make sure that no one was getting beat up, abused, or raped. And they probably want to protect themselves and the airline from getting sued by the victim, any victim (which includes the old lady with blue hair 20 rows away who will claim that she suffered extreme embarrassment listening to sounds of sex in a crowded aircraft: "$2.5 million, please.")
That the girl was apparently drunk is a weak defense against a subsequent rape charge against the guy ... which might have happened (might still happen?) if her parents or others decided to make a case out of it. Seems to me that maybe the guy got lucky (no charges) by getting unlucky (intervention) after getting lucky (hooking up in the first place). If the guy wasn't drunk, "drunk and disorderly" against the girl IS different than "sober and momentarily disorderly, just going back to my seat, sorry." But just in case, did anyone get her TER Profile or telephone number
