I wrote a review and included the provider's website. The link goes directly to her page that include her name, picture and description. The contact information to reach the agency is in a different page that can be easily found. I received this message why my review was not approved. This is the second time my review was not approved with the same reason.
"the website that was included in your review is not a direct link. TER requires that websites submitted in reviews link directly to a page that lists the provider's name and contact information."
I've written many reviews following the same format. Any suggestion?
I agree with jensen: post the link. . Here's a possible explanation: Some links that APPEAR to be specific end up going to an ad mall home page with the most recent ads at the top. The provider being reviewed might have disappeared from the first several pages by the time the review is submitted. Ads older than (1 week, 1 month) might not even be accessible any more. . Link: www.admall.xxx/city/Mary_Roe###.html When Mary_Roe is no longer on page ###, you get directed to www.admall.xxx/city and a long list of - Alice A ### - Betty B ### - Carol C ### - Daphne D ### - Et Cetera ### . Hence, no more valid ad to go on the Profile.

Re: Can you post the site link Can you post the link you were putting in the review and the link where the agency contact info is?
Re: Can you post the site link Wonder if they are picking up on the image source being from a different server or something. GardenKSecret versus cuties-tools.
This works for me and is in line with what they approve. It’s possible they have a cache or something on their end, or it’s just a mistake. I suggest writing back to TER admin.
It's the same link as was posted in the Picture URL so you don't even need to click.
I think the OP should ask the admins if by chance the fact that the image URL differs from the main ad URL is creating the whole "must link directly" problem. Seems in this case that requirement is a bit too strict as the main site link does actually deliver the information needed. But they make the rules -- but making it more and more difficult to review seems a bit counter productive.
The problem TER has was clearly stated in its response. The question is can it be fixed by the guy wanting to write the review or is it something that is just the infrastructure of the site that cannot be worked around.
