I have a week vacation with my FWB and I like to know what is your experience using Cialis 5 mg on demand. I am 54 years with no ed, I am looking for better erections and shorter refractory period. My doctor prescribed me 20 mg but I think it might be too much so I am thing on splitting it in four pieces. Any feedback?

I feel it helps to know what I am dealing with before committing.  This way you don’t have me at a disadvantage. Maybe I should drink a C4 before we meet, or scoop some pre workout to get me all the way up! 🤣

I use the 20mg pills (cheaper that way), then split them 4 ways.  One 5mg tablet the day prior is enough to help for the following day without being painfully stiff.  Cialis doesn't help me with the refractory period issue - for me, that extends as I get older, and I'm not aware of any drugs that particularly help with that issue.

As other have said, that's not really what it's for.  Now, it will keep me rock hard, sometimes even after cumming - but it'll be too sensitive to do anything with for awhile.  I have also noticed that sometimes it can be hard to cum after taking it.  

Honestly, unless your performance is lacking - I'd leave it well enough alone.

The evidence is slim, but perhaps it can shorten refractory periods by reducing/shortening prolactin letdown.

I take the chewable kind, and I split 20 MG into thirds! I take it 2.5-3.0 hours before showtime, usually 1-2 times a week. It provides me with a rocket for an hour straight! At age 66, I am a one shot guy! If a provider is not skilled in bbbjcim, I sometimes finish myself! On occasion, it is tough to finish. My erection usually lasts well after I come the first time, perhaps 10 minutes. I’m not ballsy enough to go right back at it, but the sliver of Cialis sure propels me through the first tound! The stuff is magic! I wish I had the stamina to push round two! I usually only go for one hour so once is enough!
