Another question. Why do right-wing arguments rarely involve the features or fact of an issue. When liberals say racist organization. its really an abuse of English. The nazi's cut taxes but went on a spending spree funded by borrowing which was funding in turn by more borrowing. The nazi finance minister was asked "won't this debt cause a collapse?" His answer was "we will grow out of it" (they didn't).   We have heard the same answer from Reagan, George I and George II.

Being liberal means being in flavor of free and fair market system. Letting the markets not the Government pick the winners, Instead of big sole-source hand outs to people who contributed to you campaign. these kickbacks use tax payers money. Corruption is the enemy  of Capitalism.

We all have enough drama in our lives without the added contrivances of politics, political agendas and self-interest. There are so many RABID viewpoints on this board, by so many intelligent people, that sorting out and responding to all of them in a calculated and intelligent manner is futile.

The nature of individuals is in fact "individuality" which is the basis of our great nation. Many of you have traveled abroad and noticed the wonderful aspects of other countries, as have I. There are also some very unattractive things about the rest of the world, just as there are here at home.

Bottom line to me is that while our country is not utopia, there are many more favorable aspects to it than any other place I have traveled. The mere fact that we have so many forums to express our delight, or extreme displeasure at the state of affairs is a testament to our freedoms; however changed they have become since the constitution was first implemented.

So, as far as I'm concerned, I'd rather talk hobbying than politics.

It's kind of like getting in an argument with a politician. They show up in a nice gray, navy or charcoal pin-striped suit. They stand at the podium and deflect direct questions, they smile and are gratuitous in their love for God, country and their party.

While we are just wondering how much longer before we can say "Let's do this again soon!" and show up at our ATF's front door!
