I personally agree that you should strive to provide both. The degree of these two situations is what will quickly go from tolerable to unacceptable. Cleanliness in an incall whether it be a hotel or apartment is very important to me. Knowing I am seeing very busy gent who is taking off from the office I create a relaxing ambiance.  

I can agree with the dudes on this for a few reasons. When doing outcalls and the guy has a messy place it is very hard for me to get in the mood. The smells and things laying around everywhere are distracting. It is hard to tell some of these dudes live like pigs because the home/area are gorgeous on the outside and they have very professional jobs. Why they don't use some of the heaux money and give to a cleaning service is beyond me.  

I do not see them again if this happens, some dudes are a little messy cool no problem but some holy phuck you wonder how the phuck they sleep there on a daily basis. Barf!
