When I look to book a session I consider both performance and appearance to be important and influence my decision on whether to book a provider at all or pick one out of several potential providers. I think a decade or more ago if I had to favor one over the other I would have picked appearance. Now, I definitely would give the edge to performance. I think it’s because a more skilled practitioner can bring me to climax better than a hot looking woman whose skills are less advanced. What do you all think about performance vs appearance? And believe me, if I can get both I will do so preferentially.
It's due to a change in your perspective and priorities that comes with age and experience. Most younger guys select providers more by appearance, but for most guys over 50, service is king. As i get older I find my being okay with well-reviewed providers that I would not have chosen when I was 35 because at that age, I wanted the young hot ones, too. Lol
And as you say, there are girls over 40 that take good care of themselves and are still hot, so getting both looks AND service is a bonus, IMO.
I suppose in some parts of the country your choice might be true but I've never been forced to choose performance over appearance or vice versa.

Attitude over everything else for me. Appearance got to be acceptable. Performance is nice too, albeit I find most performances a bit too formulaic. Good kissers are hard to come by but I did come across a few.
I'm fortunate to be in an area where there is a broad selection. So, I don't really have to choose.
But, give me a woman who loves to have sex. Enthusiasm gets my vote every time.
