To the ladies who have had breast implants. My s.o. is having implants in a few days. She said it is for self esteem. At any rate, she is having 350 c.c. of saline. Not that much I believe.
The question is how long in terms of days or weeks will it take for her to  be responsive to carresses,kisses and all the good stuff without it being tender. Also, I would think it would have no effect on her sexual feelings in that region. Am I right? I know there will be more to love for me but what might the effect be on her. Mentally as well as physically. Thanks in advance. By the way, I find these boards very informative and interesting whether one partakes of this hobby or not. So much to learn, so little time.

The healing process should be completed in about 2 weeks.  fter which time, you and your wife should be able to enjoy the results of her breast augmentation surgery.

Now, do KEEP in mind, that once this surgery is completed -- your wife will need breast maintenance surgeries ... it's not a one time deal.  The saline bags will have to be replaced periodically (every 8 - 10 years), and there maybe breast lifts etc... that may be required more frequently (based on age, and overall health).

As far as the pure potential of squeezing and really probing the new breasts, realistically, 1 full year.
Naturally, there are plenty of nerves that need to heal so please be careful.
No gym for at least 6 months.
