Providers have the same Constititional Rights as everyone else, regardless of how they make a living.
I d like to make a comment here. i was with this girl (a fantastic experience) i told her i have seen some of her reviews in the erotic review, and she ask me "please do not talk about it on the internet it really does scare me! what ever happens behind closed doors that should be my bussines,so please no reviews" since that day i would ask the girls if ok posting reviews good or bad i believe now that it can get them in trouble,i mean some of them show their faces, ans some have boyfriends who might think their girfriends don't do full service, and then what about the cops don't you think this is way too much information about a provider, now i think this way, would i like having someone talking about me on the internet with such details?...or is it that we think that providers dont have the right to keep anything secret?... i know two girls who stop advertising to avoid this kind of publicity,is bad and dangerous as it is that they are doing this,we could be making this worse for some or maybe forcing girls to change numbers and names, plus sometimes the reviers should talk about their own looks for us to understand some girls performance,i mean would you guys get excited with a 350 pounds girl?...or with some very unattractive woman? some rewiers might fit this discription and should be understanding that no matter how much they pay ,they can not make a woman feel any kind of atraction towards them, and be realistic just think about it... would they be able to get a beautiful woman if they were in a bar?...or in a grocery store?...there should be a description of the reviwer as well,so we don't take the wrong impresions on some girls performance, so if any of you out there is not a GQ model type or Clark Kent by any means should be very grateful that a provider put her dignity aside for an exchange of needs, and spend some time with you,we don't know how they feel after we are done,so it is very important to consider our own looks and performance before we post a review here, and be honest about it,from now on i would always ask the provider how will she feel about me writing a review in the internet.Let's put ourselves in their own shoes and let's think about the consecuences this might cause (to them).
Providers have the same Constititional Rights as everyone else, regardless of how they make a living.
Don't be in the business if you can't handle the consequences...
Why shouldnt a client have a little consideration? what are you implying? Huh, p122rose?

If a provider requests not to be reviewed I will honor that request unless she is a rip-off or is downright terrible. In fact I usually ask if it is OK to do a review if I intend to review that lady. I write very few reviews now. Also at least on this board the provider can request that all of her reviews be pulled and that no more are posted. Staff will comply with that request. Also she can challenge the veracity of any single review and staff will investigate.
Most men who see providers do not look like Brad Pitt. If they looked like Brad Pitt they probably would not need to see providers. The biggest known exception may be Charly Sheen, but he just "paid them to leave". If a provider expects all of her clients to look like Brad Pitt and can't perform properly unless they do then she is probably in the wrong business. Also a provider can state in her ad that only young fit men need apply. I have seen that in several advertisements. Of course that cuts down on her potential market but then she can mostly get the type of client that lights her fire.

I'm no physical prize myself, but from listening to some of the providers I've known, SOME of these Brad Pitt types are so full of themselves that no woman wants them anyway. Hence they seek a provider.

I have read in the gossip groups in Usenet (GOD what an embarassing admittion) that Brad Pitt is hygenically challenged (he doesn't like to shower.) NO provider (nor the rest of us - how does the Aniston woman put up with it???) should have to deal with that.
Sorry. I am drifting from the topic. I do that a lot. This is the same sort of issue that comes up between celebrities and paparazzi. Mel Gibson is entitled to privacy and so is a provider. Their choice of employment does not strip them of all basic rights or dignity.
some of us dont want to be sexual celebrities. A certain amount of reviews are necessary, but after that it become instrusive unless the girl is comfortable with it. Some guys around here are the paparazzi. They should quit lying and saying that they wont write a review when asked not to.
But certain people around here are dead set no matter what, because it's THEIR RIGHT to review no matter how the girl feels. Well, yeh, it's a person's RIGHT to drive when the light is green, and God forbid anything or anyone who gets caught in his way. Just an attitude.
I know I'll never change anybody, and in this particular thread I'm preaching to the choir.
Namaste, guys & dolls.

As stated elsewhere, the only excuses a client has for posting a review against the provider's wishes are
1/ false advertising
2/ health or hygiene issues.
Period.
And in those cases I would feel it appropriate to advise the provider as early in the encounter as possible - immediately upon making the decision, that it is appropriate to do so.
Anent the presence of one of the two issues above, if you tell the provider you will not post a review, then DON'T.
Superman: "I never lie."
I am curious...
Are we saying non-detailed reviews are ok, but detailed reviews are not?
Are we saying detailed reviews are ok, but inaccurate reviews are not? (I would whole-heartedly agree)
Are we saying detailed and accurate reviews are ok, but those which are over the top, or written to smear / harm / personally attack the provider are not? (I would agree here as well, though I would still encourage feedback on what "over the top" consists of)
I am not sure I understand your Mel Gibson analogy. Are you saying he should be free of having his hygiene habits speculated about on the internet? I would agree - Mel Gibson is an actor, and his hygiene habits are of no relevance to the craft he practices for which I pay my money to partake. They are of no concern to me or anyone else, save those who have to be in his close proximity. He is still an underrated (yet overpaid...how does that happen?) actor whether he stinks or not.
On the other hand, I sure as hell would like to know if a provider has hygiene issues before I invest time and money into seeing her. So would ever other hobbyist, even those who are too afraid to post, because they fear backlash off the board within the hobby (or maybe they are just "whipped"...I am getting a sense of that too...). The only way I would learn of this is via a review. Thus...I support reviews.
Insofar as those who compare writing a review to barreling through an intersection without concern or care because one has the green light, I would respond thusly...I compare complaining about the reviews you receive after one has decided to A) become an escort B) market via the internet and C) to NOT ask TER to remove your name and prevent reviews from being posted in the first place to walking onto a busy freeway blindfolded and blaming the drivers of their cars when you get hit. "A certain amount of reviews are necessary"? I suppose only the good ones, right? :^)
Bunch of good questions and the properly ethical answers are not all that clear.
1/ If a provider does not want to be reviewed at all that should be respected UNLESS:
a/ The encounter was a total rip-off (no-show, extra $$$ requested when full service was supposed to be included in the stated charge, etc.)
b/ The photo/description/service are not as promised/advertised. Inaccurate photos/bait_and_switch immediately allow the reviewer complete freedom to report on the encounter. I respect the right of the provider to their privacy. I also believe in truth in advertising. Lies should be exposed.
2/ If the provider accepts being reviewed:
a/ YMMV issues and personal taste issues should be clear. I don't set great store by Robert Christgau's music reviews because my tastes and aesthetic values are different. Also, frankly, I am not particularly physically attractive. It would be unfair to hold that against a provider.
b/ Detailed physical descriptions of the activity involved may be tittilating to the reader, but are frankly less useful than opinions on the ambience, the attitude of the provider, and the ratio of promise to fulfillment.
c/ Since these are key issues to the general punter, unless there is a strong objection from the provider to dealing with the following issues in a review, it is OK to report on whether or not BBBJ, DATY (of particular importance to your humble scribe,) DFK (nearly as important to moi,) or Greek are on the menu. But it must be clear that this relates to the YMMV issue. Face it (so to speak
if you were a provider, would you be enthusiastic about either DFK or DATY with a client with bleeding gums??? Just like Jerry Seinfeld says, we should all regularly floss and if we don't, we have no one to blame but ourselves if providers, SO's, coworkers, etc. balk.
d/ Likewise, hygiene issues with the provider fall under part 1/ above where reporting problems supercedes the right of privacy due the provider. Since Mel Gibson is an actor, if he makes (as he has pretty much done since abandoning the Mad Max character) a wretched film we have every right to advise people of that.
e/ Complicated??? Yup. It all comes down to respect. If you get respect from the provider you are ethically responsible for reciprocating. This, however, is a two-way street. The absence of basic respect from a provider, so long as the YMMV issue is consciously acknowledged, may be reported. This ain't as hard as it sounds. As a reader, it is fairly easy to differentiate between reviews that report on real issues and reviews where the punter is focussed on his cocksmanship rather than the encounter.
I have met some of the BEST LOOKING men in the world in this business! I am talking total GQ, Movie-Star Handsome! Charlie Sheen couldn't hold a candle to the ones I am talking about...thank you Larry, Adam, John, Brad, Steve, Brent, and Christopher. WOW!!!!
I giggle and wish my straight girlfriends could have a look at some of the men paying me because I am sure they would want to know where THEY could sign up to work themselves. ![]()

I appreciate your concern over reviews, and I think that unless you are posting a ripoff type scenario or some other danger to hobbyists, it is very fair to ask before posting a review.
HOWEVER...
I disagree with the idea that I EVER let go of my dignity. I take great pleasure and pride in what I do, I am NOT ashamed of myself. I am ashamed of a society who tries to force sex down our throats thru advertising and all types of media, while screaming at us that sex is bad, dirty, dangerous, etc. I do not agree with what society has to say about my sexuality... But I never let myself down in ANY way. If anything, fulfilling my own sexuality BUILDS ME UP... it doesn't bring me down.
So for those of you who are not Clark Kent... please do not fear coming to see me as long as you are squeaky clean, teeth freshly brushed, etc... as long as I am able to give you pleasure, I am happy... and I MEAN that, I'm not just saying it, but I can't prove it in a post! So see for yourself

We that do look like Brad Pitt also "have the same Constititional Rights as everyone else."
For me, was never so much how he looked... it was that darned scene in Thelma and Louise where he grabs Geena Davis and throws her against the wall while passionately kissing her. *PASSION* is sooooooooooooooooo sexy!
Hugssssss*
Nicole
I use the guy as an example because a few threads back a couple of the ladies say that from a physical standpoint they think he is the hottest guy alive. Now he gets flamed for being stuck-up and having a bad odor because he doen't take showers often enough. LOL.
I don't think their marriage will last.
When he was on top of her in that bed!!! I wanted to do him so badly!!!! I bought the soundtrack to Thelma and Louise just so I could listen to that song and dream of him!! And I LOVED the scene in the police station when he let "Daryl" know he had done his wife....Whoa Baby!!!
At least make sure he takes a shower first.
'Scuse me, but his best preformance was in 12 Monkeys.
did he have sex in it? If so, I will rent it. I LOVE Brad Pitt! Second only to David Duchovny.
However,
Brad Pitts best performance remains Legends of the Fall. It's almost enough to make me want to switch teams ![]()
Oh, don't worry ladies, I'm securely centered in your target market.
Boy, this string really drifted, didn't it?

From the opening strains of Astor Piazzola's bandoneon (I am watching my UK DVD of Sally Potter's Tango Lessons as I type, BTW) 12 Monkeys is a brilliant piece of legitimate science fiction. (As opposed to Star Wars which isn't.) Only the original (La Jette, of which 12 Monkeys was an acknowledged remake) was better. Full of ideas and ethical issues, and preformances which changed my mind on Brad Pitt AND Bruce Willis and showed me that both of them could actually act. Also has resonances of Terry Gilliam's other great S.F. film, Brazil. Just got the Criterion 3 DVD set of Brazil with both Gilliam's original (depressing) ending and the happy ending that the studio attempted to impose. Haven't had a chance to watch the studio cut yet, but am predisposed to dispise it. Will try to keep an open mind.
P.S. You also get to see Bruce Willis naked. Whoopee. But not Madeline Stowe.
P.P.S. The best strings (and super-strings) drift. That is what is best about the internet: Connection to connection to connection. Every idea has only 6 Degrees of Separation???
