It sounds like you don't think any true Christians can partake in the hobby?

In my world, and the Christian world, providers and hobbyists would be sterilized so that they could not bring more children into the world. This would also keep the scumbag guys with money from fucking whores and then producing many children with their "lovely Christian faithful" wives at home while basically "USING" the whores for dirty sex.

I don't know the first thing about Christians in the hobby, but I will say that a number of providers I have been with have tattoos with religious themes, and one went so far as to tell me that she does not escort on Sunday because that is the Lord's Day. (Seriously, that is what she said. I was too stunned to respond in any coherent way.)

I certainly do have a spiritual life that I will one day return to in full force. It's really hard to have one foot in the world and another in the kingdom, as goes the famous passage. I still give 10 percent of my income, but don't practice any organized religion. I am simply non-denominational. My child is raised in two churches because my parents are Catholic and she spends a lot of time with them, but she watches Joyce Meyer and Joel Osteen with me. All she knows is, it makes mommy less bitchy. 
Whatever you do in your life that produces a POSITIVE change, can't be all that bad. Some people do yoga, others drink, do drugs, and some spend time in prayer or meditation. I don't think it's an accident that I am still alive after some of the dumb crap I have done...will just leave it at that.

I have always wondered if there are many real Christians in the hobby between Providers and Hobbyists?
I am not sure if I can count Catholics as true Christians since they can go to confession and admit their guilt and all is good.
My Catholic ex-boss was a "sick son of a bitch" and priding himself on firing people just when he knew there would be major financial implications such as foreclosure on house. He said that he hoped they would commit suicide since he ruined them financially. He said he had "power over their lives" like God has over all of us. The prick would shit on people and go to confession, throw a few dollars in the Sunday collection and he was absolved from sin.
Do you people still maintain your Christianity even with the evils of the hobby?
I consider myself a Christian, but don't ascribe to the Puritan version. If you look at great men in the Bible like Abraham, David, and Solomon, they had women issues as well. God even promised David more women if he would have just asked instead of stealing a woman from another man.

1st, I am Catholic, and proud of it. that being said I(We) aren't absolved from anything just because we go to confession and "admit it" not that simple ..... just as in any faith, you must go beyond "just admitting" your Sin.......So don't project your belief of a denomination based on one persons actions/non-actions.
Where the roots of Catholicism are derived from Judaism, Buddhism, Hinduism, Christianity, etc..., the roots of the protestant denominations are descendant from Catholicism.
To understand your faith as a catholic or protestant, you need to understand the other great religions.

As for the "Evils" of "the Hobby"....What are you speaking about....Sex is not Evil. hell the church promulgated sex, and had brothels...... the most recent negative connotation of Sex, prostitution, etc... came about as a result of the "Protestant Reformation"
So, IMHO, just as I have my frailties in the Human Condition, so does "everyman", that includes the heads of our respective churches, countries, etc...
Remember, the Bible, "The Great Book" that it is , is a compilation ofLiterature, IE; Essays, poetry, stories, etc... written by men/women, not devoid of the "Human condition". Great literature continues to be written, but will never be a part of "The Bible" as we know it.
Thus, I have met many people in the hobby that share the same faith as I, and others that practice the same spiritual understandings.
Yes, there are Christians, among other faiths that Hobby.
