My guess is you are married or have a SO, so you know the difference between a romp and a relationship.  I've tried to see providers multiple times and it is a rarity that I remain "interested" too.  Also, I completely get off on the "stranger sex" aspect of this, much more so, I've discovered, than trying to find a regular fuck buddy.  Keep getting that strange!
