I’ve been having trouble getting a response to booking inquiries.  Interested in hearing any pointers… and wondering what’s an appropriate follow up?  Is there there any chance I have been put on a provider blacklist somewhere?

Generally, I find Tryst and P411 ads and inquire based on the instructions in the ad.   If there are multiple points of contact, I usually email or submit the form on the website.  Should I follow up with a text if there’s no response?  Also do you normally submit all screening info up front; or offer ask the provider what they need for screening?

Just feeling the doubt and frustration in this process today…

Are these TER reviewed ladies? It happens a lot with unreviewed ladies. And, it can happen if they are reviewed, but less often. With reviewed ladies, I find it happens more often if they have not been reviewed in awhile. That can signal that they are on a break or have stepped away.

As for screening information, I always send it upfront. Even if they don't ask, I will include what I think will work in the email, and let them know I am happy to provide more information if needed. Many times I get elated responses about how happy they are that I sent everything upfront and how many guys feel like time wasters because they send brief emails with little to no other information and it becomes a back and forth game, all too often ending in not getting a booking.

If they do not specify, I typically send my full name, phone number, length of session, date, time, incall or outcall, location (city), and link to my LinkedIn page. But I am only doing this with reputable ladies I can verify on TER.

You mentioned P411 so I assume you're a member.

If a lady is on P411 I always send a PM there first despite what her website says. I'll send a short and polite intro and inquire is P411 is enough for screening and if it's not what else does she need. I've never gotten any pushback for not using her general booking instructions.

to be the case from time to time.  Like, I suspect, some other hobbyists, if I'm on a quest to meet someone -- anyone -- on a particular date, I'll pick a few candidates and make inquiries.  Some respond promptly, others never.  Go figure.

Seriously, I'm not aware of any norms here -- that is, what's a standard time for a provider response?  Most businesses respond within 24 hours if not the same day to inquiries.   No reason that shouldn't apply here.

That’s helpful to hear.  And similar to what seems to work best for me.  I guess I’m second guessing everything when it’s not working.

I only see gals who are TER reviewed, 8’s and 9’s  on the TER scale.   Which make me think the problem is not with them… i must be doing something wrong…

How long are you giving the provider to reply? Depending on our availability, or if we’re busy in our personal life the norm is anywhere from 5mins - 24hrs. Try rereading their bio or website to see if it mentions a hiatus. Also check if the provider requires a specific template be filled out ex: age/race/day/time etc. providers will completely ignore your inquiry without it.

Each provider is different. Some require submitted screening on first contact, others don’t mind coordinating day & time first (that’s why you need to read their info). Yes keep in mind some of us won’t reply if you’re BL or don’t think we’d be a good fit. We don’t outright decline clients for safety reasons. Hope that helps, and try not to take it personal if you don’t hear back. Some of us are just extremely selective or low volume :)

If more than 12 hours goes by without a reply I would follow up. There have been times when the booking form or initial email has ended up in the spam folder. I was so grateful when the gentleman sent a nudge for me to check my spam.

As someone else said if you’re on p411 you should send a pm on there first so you can make the first connection that way but I would still send an email or text message according to the lady’s preference.
I personally always answer within a day or two at the most.
Someone else mentioned that if a lady hasn’t been reviewed in a while might be cause she’s on hiatus or retired, that’s not always the case; I for instance don’t have recent reviews yet my last few months have been super busy, not all clients participate in the review world. I would say just follow up with a text message or another email and if no answer then might be she’s not interested.

So the other part of this question, is about booking another provider.  Generally I only book one provider at a time.  And I will “hold open” the spot until we’re confirmed or not.

So, without any response, would you hold this open any longer?  I hate to hear back from Provider A and have to say, sorry but I’ve already booked with Provider B….

I guess I could always go with 2 sessions but I try to keep it to once a month…

Stick to providers on TER with 10+ reviews and an overall rating of 8.5 or better! If they give a phone number text them. Ask for date, 2 days out is ideal, time, and session length. Give two references with name and phone number. If only email on TER, do the same by email. If you try this for 2-3 providers and you still don’t get responses, I will be surprised!

I've had a similar experience reaching out to multiple providers and hearing nothing back.  I'll sometimes revert back to a fave who always responds, or I keep fishing. And sometimes I just take a breath and stop, wait until I have another chunk of time to pursue. Could be a gazillion reasons for it, including high volume, change of plans/cities, etc, etc, etc....

Businesses also have days that they are closed. For most, if you send an inquiry on Friday evening, you’ll get a response back sometime Monday. We, too, have days that we do not work, particularly those of us who needed work for an agency nor employ an assistant.

I respond to most of my inquiries within hours, the rest within a day, very occasionally it may be two days – particularly if the inquiry is relatively involved or is for a significant amount of time in the future.

As has been mentioned, it is possible that any emails end up in Spam (it's happened to me).   Also as mentioned, I'll send the requested information.  Or, if nothing specific is requested, I'll introduce myself and provide my name, email, phone number, contact preference (email vs text), the location, the preferred date, the preferred time (or time period) and length of date.  If I don't hear anything with 24 hours, I will send a follow-up.  If they have an alternate contact method (text, P411, website), I'll send my follow-up through the alternate method (because of the Spam thing). referring to the original inquiry.

If I don't hear anything after 48 hours, I figure that its not going to happen and I start checking other providers.  Here also, is where having a relationship with an agency can come in handy.  If no response is received from an independent, you can usually get a quicker confirmation from an agency.

I'd give it a few days. The provider might be on a break or a personal trip. Generally though, I've never experienced what you have. I seem to get pretty quick responses.

If you PM her on P411 at least you can see if she logged in after you sent the message.

Interesting thought, that 2 days out is ideal.  I’m usually booking at least a week in advance.  Wonder if that’s part of my problem…. Like there’s no urgency or it’s too far out to think about the date that early….

I've only been at this for several months, but I've now booked with 1 provider 4 times, but if I don't book 10 days to 2 weeks out, she's booked.  I think she only takes 1 client a day on her work days, so I contact her ASAP.  For my date coming up in Feb, I booked her nearly a full month out... but, that may be a special case and not everyone does that.

Supply - in this case days/times a provider will take bookings - and demand is a major factor. I have found that 2 weeks is ideal for low volume providers. High volume, 1-2 days can be enough. And, there are those between.

Good questions!
I know there is a generic template you can use on tryst, honestly I would just skip using it if I were you. I get a lot of spam from tryst or if it is a real person when I get the template there is no info in it anyway and I still have to ask. Scroll to the bottom of her tryst page and it will say "contact". Mine says "email only". Others may say "call or text". We fill that out with our preferred contact option. I do not require you send your screening info with a first message. Honestly I prefer you not just in case you make a mistake on the email and send it to someone else. I prefer I confirm I got your email first and then you send me your screening info.
Generic message:
"Hello, my name is Bob. I was looking at your website and tryst ad. I will be in your area Feb 1 for work.  I would like to book one hour with you in the evening between 5 pm and 9 pm. If that day/time frame works for you please let me know and I will send you my screening information/deposit and any additional information you need. Thank you!" (I do not do deposits but this would be if the lady does that you are contacting).
I just booked a client through P411 and they have changed their format. You have to send an "appointment request" form through the P411 website. You used to just be able to email your P411 ID to the provider but now you have to actually send the appointment request form to us first.
If I am with a client I do not respond OR if I am on vacation or it is a holiday I will respond when I get back home. I would give it 24-48 hours. If there is an email and also a phone # listed try the other contact method.
I think these are obvious, but don't send these in a first message:
-dick pics
-full body nudes
-very sexually explicit messages
-hey, u available, what's up, you up, hi, or any other randomness that makes you sound like you are 19 years old
Best of luck to you and if you have any other questions please reach out!!
Be safe out there and have some fun!!!
xoxo
Scarlet

Thanks Scarlet!!   I think this is very close to my normal practice!
Brief update, The provider responded once to a text and asked for a p411 request.  But has since gone quiet.  I think she’s too busy and/or it’s too far in advance.   i can say i put my best foot forward and I’ll just move on from here…

If you're picky like me, assume anyone that you're really excited about is someone that has lots of interest. If there is more competition and they are home, think big cities with many options, you might have more luck on shorter notice. If they are touring and/or in a location with less options, that increases the lead time. I have ladies all over the country I keep an eye on that I hope tour my area. Should I get lucky, I know their window of availability will close quickly. And, unlike a local, it's not so easy just to find another day. Locals are more likely to write you back if the day/time you requested doesn't work. I've had some contact me even though my requested date had passed, and we worked something out.

I always do my best to respond same day if possible. But life can surely get in the way  sometimes. I recently lost a very close friend and found it difficult to function for a bit so my response time was not as quick. Following up after a day or two with no response is always a good idea, as sometimes messages are missed or like others said end up in spam, etc..
I also find it very helpful when references are sent up front, making things easier/quicker for us to set up a date.
Sounds like you are doing everything right on your end by using various forms of contact, too. Hopefully things turn around soon for you. xo

If the provider has taken the time to create a form that includes everything she needs, that should be the best method to contact.
Email or another method, if that is how they say to contact them.

I reply when I receive my form, and check my email.
I prefer all of your information in the 1st email.
It may be 24 hours before I am able to check. Longer if I am busy. I have this posted on my ads and website.

Hope that helps.

i was told by veterans on here to make sure that you contact her ONLY by the means requested

if her ad says “text only,” don’t call. of she says “use form on the website,” don’t email. if she says she wants all the screening info (references, etc) in initial contact, then respect it.

now in fairness, some providers can make their life and everyone else’s easier by only having the preferred means of communication available on their ad or website…meaning if you want to exclusively communicate via protonmail, then don’t have a form or phone number posted…things like that

also, it could be possible that she cannot screen you. if you have no references and no online presence, even an if is not enough…it happened to me three times

On P411 I fill out appmt requests in full. Small box for details. “ If this date doesn’t work I am flexible.”

Depending on my timeframe I’ll move on as needed but I usually book a week in advance.
Have ample “okays”. Regards to screening that’s part of what 411 did in the beginning. 90+ percent are fine with just that.
