Is there a point at which the "blurred face" in provider's pictures becomes a little ridiculous? Do some providers believe that their boss/relatives/LE really won't recognize them because their pupils are a little blurry? Even discounting the available "unscrambling algorithms" (see link) Why do some ladies only give lip service to anonymity if the pictures are completely recognizable as them?
