I recommend you check out "Cybersex" from your local video store.  It is a 1995 adult video directed by Brad Armstrong.Yes, I know.  Porn usually does SF worse than almost any other genre.  But this isn't bad.  Acting, dialog, and plotting are clearly at least equal to "Plan 9 from Outer Space" and for Porn that isn't bad at all.Adam Film World calls it a cross between "Hackers" and "Eve of Destruction." I haven't seen either of those films.  I would describe it as "War Games" meets the replicant from "Bladerunner" played by Daryl Hannah.  Incidentally, I love the director's cut of "Bladerunner."  I think it is one of the all time great Science Fiction Films.  I do not mean to imply that "Cybersex" is playing in the same league.  However, if you thought that Daryl Hannah was a turn-on as a replicant, you will love Crystal Gold in the equivalent role here.
