if I didn't help..So I did and it ended up a nightmare for me in the end.
Drama, drama, drama with no return - In anyway.
I feel sorry for the older sister.
You watch ....
She is going to be pushed to her limit defending herself and watching out for her little sister and tell someone off...
and get banned for a minute or moderated for a while as a result.
Blek....Never again.
This comes from a post on one of the local boards... a provider is, essentially, 'turning out' her younger sister. Ladies, whats your reaction to your younger sister or your daughter going into the business?
MVR
have done is provide a link to the original post so that people can read the post on their own. FYI: The link to the original post is below.
Also, why did you have to reference the post at all? Why not just ask the question on it's own? Why accuse a provider of "turning out" her sister, when it appears that the idea originated with the sister?
You have every right to ask the question, but there is no need to misrepresent the situation like you did in your post.
And why limit your question to younger sisters and daughters? Why not include mothers and older sisters?
It seems from your message that you see something wrong with the hobby and being a provider. If you find the hobby to be an acceptable lifestyle, why should it be an issue if people you know get involved?
And why limit this question to the ladies? Why not ask the men what they would say to their mothers, sisters, and daughters if they said they wanted to become providers.
Also, why not ask both the ladies and the gents what they would say to the men; fathers, brothers, and sons, if they wanted to get involved in the hobby?

Wow... if I DID 'misstate' the post, I appologize... but my question was simple and I really don't get the eruption about the rest of the family. And in point of fact my reference to the post was non specific. I see that more people read the various forums than I had thought so I'll take a 'lesson learned' on that.

I would in no way want my little sister or daughter in the business.
It was fine for me but what was good for the goose is not good for the gander.
I don't regret my choices and luckily I have made good ones but I don't expect my future daughter or sister to ever enter this business.
I don't expect any/either of them to have the combination of mental strength/situational choices/stubborn independence/street smarts to ever enter the business.
I expect my offspring to have something better than I did ... that is the goal and that will be attained.
I will socialize them properly, teach them how to create and make opportunities and teach them how to ask for and find help in life and how to learn from others.
I believe it is about socialization.
I think this is an amazing business that has been so very kind to me.
Unfortunately, it does have a social stigma that I wouldn't want either sister ir daughter to have to worry about.
It's funny if either of them did .... I guess I would have to support it but I would highly discourage it.

It happens everyday, that is nothing odd or different -
If shes being turned out by someone who knows how to stay safe and knows the business-
who cares-
there are many mother/daughters/Sisters that work in this industry..
Its not a big deal -
Being from Chicago, getting relatives involved in the family 'Business' especially Politics is the norm not the exception.
So why would it be any different in Any profession?
It didn't sound like the younger sister had a gun to her head, so if she's interested in getting involved in the profession, who better to use as a mentor than a well established and experienced sibling?
She is only doing what her little sister wants.
She did mention that they had partied before and that is what I get from her original post.
I see ladies of all ages posting on the newbie board for help in getting started. At least this lady has someone who will be watching her back and has a personal interest in her well being.
Thanks for posting the link Terrev... It changed the way I would have answered this post

Sorry you took the post the way you did. And yes you are right that they had 'partied' before, but she IS helping little Sis get started as a provider. I put no judgement on that. Regardless, my question was how a lady would feel about her younger sister or daughter joining the business.

If indeed you are talking about the Vegas post, the implication created by your post is that the older sister is doing something unseemly by involving her younger sister in the hobby. But this is off base bc the younger sister is about 30 and the idea came from her, not the older sister.
The older sister is in fact offering to show the way to do it safely.
I think your intent simply was to raise the question of "how do you feel about having a family member in the hobby?" which is a fair question. It is just the "turning out" phrase that changes the tenor of your post.
who spent a number of years as a call girl. She retired quite well off. One day when we were talking on the phone, she said, about me being a hobbyist, "Too bad you didn't start a few years sooner. I always wanted to fuck you when we were teenagers".
I don't know how ladies would feel about their children going into their business, but I do know that almost none of my colleagues are advising their children to go into medicine (too bad, I have loved my career) and that few of my friends in the legal profession want their kids to be lawyers. (For some reason, my friends who are dentists seem to want their children to follow that professional path.) I also know one lady who worked through medical school and is now well situated as a physician, but has not completely given up her work as a provider. I wonder which career she would prefer if she had to choose. In any case, I'm sure you didn't mean to patronize (that hasn't been your style), but we certainly have nothing to be patronizing about (except the fact that the hypocritical criminalization of the profession has meant that engaging in it makes both the provider and client "criminals" while being or consulting a physician or lawyer is still legal.)
Her sister appears to be wanting to do this voluntarily. With the older sister willing to show her the ropes.
You could have just posed the question without using the term "turning out."
I now agree and apologize. But I thought the question was valid.

Does the older sister have good reviews? And will they offer doubles?
as long as the little sis isn't underage then there really isn't an issue is there? I don't think I could ever work with my mom or sis for that matter but that is MY preference.
She is as freaky as me and totally uninhibited as well. She would be hot as fuck as a provider BUT she has her own life and her own wonderful job. If she ever hit the skids I would talk to her about it but would never encourage her unless I felt it was something she really wanted to do. She's 22.
Assuming that one takes some offense to the idea of family members being involved together in the hobby:
Since we can never tell if the two women in question are actually sisters or not, is the real problem in that they are (or may be) sisters or the fact that a hobbyist would be more interested in seeing them for that reason.
Same is true for a whole of slew of kinky types of sexual/family situations.
