If the person being singled out (man or woman) has good references (or reviews as the case may be), one negative listing by one person will mean little. Most seasoned ladies and hobbyists can "read between the lines" and see that the negative postings might be personal. False claims of things, just like a bad review, stick out like a sore thumb and can usually be found to be rooted in revenge of some sort. My experience tells me that the backchannel is a much better place to take the information. It will spread faster and to more people that way. Good luck
Things like loss of job, family, turned down for future jobs extra. Why? It outs you and shows up on search engines so if anyone looks you up the see you are a patron of sex workers. It also warns ladies that check but many don't so you can always find a paid date. The scary thing is the outing on some blacklist sites.
