Even though that example is in England the same applies in the US. Illegal acts cannot have legal enforcement. Not my wording but the exact words of judge here in town when an agency was busted. The judge actually laughed out loud when the dumbass defendant's mother testified on the stand that all the ads "said the client was just paying for time". Could actually happen in places like New Zealand and New South Wales where prostitution is decriminalized. Or even in Germany where it is legal and regulated. I remember a story a long time ago where a woman at a brothel sued her client because he removed the condom.
I guess it wouldn't be that far-fetched.

But definitely a civil case. False advertising is false advertising.
NZ and NSW don't have legalized prostitution, they have decriminalized prostitution. There is a significant difference. Germany is legalized, though, and it would be interesting to know if ladies can operate independently there. I don't think any of us would necessarily want to work in a house!! Or at least very few of us would.
