why disclaimers on a Providers website are not worth their weight in electrons.

Even though that example is in England the same applies in the US.

Illegal acts cannot have legal enforcement.

Not my wording but the exact words of judge here in town when an agency was busted.

The judge actually laughed out loud when the dumbass defendant's mother testified on the stand that all the ads "said the client was just paying for time".

But hey if it feels good do it or do it then feel good.  Whichever works

Getting into a scuffle with LE may make the date seem better by comparison. Pretty clear this guy needs to take a long look at how he is making his choices.

perhaps not legal enforcement but a very heavy weight for providers that want to
"make it" in the industry.

We / They have reputations. They better fucking be good ones if you want to do this well.

hoping that the person reading it is as clueless as the one who wrote it.

I get a kick out of email disclaimers. If it is in my mail box it is mine to do whatever I want to do with the information. It doesn’t matter whether it accidental or intentional

Could actually happen in places like New Zealand and New South Wales where prostitution is decriminalized. Or even in Germany where it is legal and regulated. I remember a story a long time ago where a woman at a brothel sued her client because he removed the condom.

I guess it wouldn't be that far-fetched.

some US Secret Service agents got busted when they tried to skip out on some gals in S. America a couple of years ago?

Since the hobby was legal, the gals called LE on the SS, and suddenly a few SS guys were out of a job.

One of the good things about decriminalization.

do LEGALIZE this work (well we would prob have to work in some form of a house then)
but could they TRULY have a case against her, if it was now considered LEGAL??

But definitely a civil case. False advertising is false advertising.

NZ and NSW don't have legalized prostitution, they have decriminalized prostitution. There is a significant difference. Germany is legalized, though, and it would be interesting to know if ladies can operate independently there. I don't think any of us would necessarily want to work in a house!! Or at least very few of us would.
