Without an itinerary, plans, etc., just going with the flow. I never plan for one and have always found unique places to eat, visit and have fun out of the way from "tourist traps".
Just came back from 20 day vacation to India, Nepal, and Bhutan had a wonderful lazy time.

I am about to take a trip with my family. We are traveling to a place where I have been a couple of times. They have NOT been there. I didn't realize how much pressure it is to make an itinerary that suits everyone. Not only is it time consuming to do research on restaurants, attractions, travel arrangements, etc.; you also need to keep people's personalities in mind - what they would enjoy, how much stamina they have, etc.
It got me thinking of all the trips I have taken with my clients and the amount of time and effort they put into planning a wonderful experience for me. I now have a new appreciation for all that planning. Thank you guys!

Just like with P4P, I don't book well in advance, I don't do so much research that there is nothing left to learn once getting there, and if I make a mistake and book the wrong destination (or lady), I have no problems shifting gears and going somewhere else.
Just like seeing a provider, sometimes I just get up in the morning wanting to "go somewhere", As long as I have an Am Ex card and a valid passport, there is nowhere I can't go on a moments notice.
and AF, I guess that explains where you have been for the last few weeks, I am glad to hear you've been having fun, just don't expect any slack over at the "leper colony"
