I don't know how "weird" it is....

but one of the coolest places I ever did it was on the mall in DC in front of the Washington Monument just before the national fireworks. A picnic, some frisbee, and some nookie between the picnic blankets. All surrounded by a few hundred thousand people.  

And yes... it was QUICK

went back for my 10th reunion.  we snuck into the football stadium after midnight and had sex on the 50 yard line.  doggy style !!!

2. In a Hubard Tub, used in rehabilitation, with a broken leg and crushed had from which I was recovering, with a very attractive physical therapist while her female colleague looked on with interest. I was in my mid 20s and so horny I could have burst.

with traffic going by.  Hopefully we were low enough but a taller vessel might well have seen us.  

On a campground dock, late at night...   cabin cruisers on the other docks in plain view.
