Your assumption that spitting out semen vs. swallowing it reduces the risk of contracting an STD, indicates you need to become a little more familiar with the subject. It sounds to me like the idea of not using a condom is lurking in the back of your mind. Please understand this ALWAYS places you at SOME level of risk unless you're certain your partner is uninfected.

This question is directed at both hobbyists and the professional ladies.
I am what I would term as a beginning hobbyist. I've been happily married(for the most part) for 14 years but sex has become vanilla and somewhat unexciting, for me at least, and I have begun to have the desire to occasionally revert back to my pre married days.I'm in my late thirties, and am still in good shape but I don't desire to have an affair, even though several opportunities have presented themself, because I'm not looking to get divorced...I have kids and love my wife; I've begun looking at reviews here on TER and several questions have come to mind.
First Off, it is clear that there is a significant difference in limitations of many of the providers.For example I can't image not being with someone who didn't do a BBBJTC because I know Im as safe as one gets, and there are many providers that provide the service; but it also makes you wonder how these ladies do it to so many guys as they are at far more risk then the guy...especially those who swallow and don't at least spit it out after completion. So I guess my question is this for the guys who see providers...do you prefer to see someone who swallows vs someone who completes it and spits it out or viceversa. My inclination is that I'd prefer to see a provider that spits it out after completion because at least those who spit it out do so for more safety which gives me some sense that they care somewhat about their health.
2. Providers that do anal. I completely understand that it isn't an option except to use a condom for this. However, I've NEVER used one for this before and was curious as to how other's feel doing it with a rubber in terms of orgasmic intensity. My limited experience with condoms have ben really bad in the sense that I have never been able to CUM using them.
3. I travel a lot( mostly to Chicago, Cleveland, Phoenix, Houston & Minneapolis and wanted to solicit some recommendations from others as to providers in any of those areas that are great with BBBJTC and very good with first time hobbyists.

One thought about condom use.
The mind is one of the most erogenous zones. Since many of the ladies in this business know more about you as a man than you probably do yourself, I would be willing to bet you'll have no trouble with a condom.
That's a wise provider's response to a complaint that using a condom feels like making love in a jacket. If it's been a long time since you've used one, let me testify that they are a lot better now in terms of sensitivity (heat and feel) than they were ten years ago.

semen is a little bit of protein floating in a carbohydrate milkshake that begins to break down when exposed to saliva and is quickly digested by acids in the stomach. if deadly diseases could thrive in our stomachs, the human race would have disappeared a long time ago.

You keep bringing digestive system acids up yet fail to back your claims with anything other than your theories.
The organism H. pylori is able to thrive in the stomach lining and is associated with ulcers of the stomach and duodenum.
This is simply evidence that there is at least one organism that is known to be able to survive in an acid environment that is thought to be hostile/lethal to almost any known bacterial organism capable of causing disease.
Of course those organisms that cause gastroenteritis such as Salmonella and Shigella pass through the digestive system and some survive to reside in the intestinal tract to cause the familiar symptoms. These organism unlike H. pylori do not remain
in the stomach and do not infect the stomach lining as far as I know.
Of course none of these organisms are typically associated with sexual activity and I am not aware of any of these organism being transmitted via semen.
This is simply an interesting observation that there is indead a bacterial organism that is able to survive in the stomach.
The means of transmission is not really understood.

Unfortunately, I found your message to be somewhat ambiguous. I don't know what digestive juices has to do with anything that was previously written. I thought the post by LOW was an excellent reply, as well as being informative.
He was absolutely correct when he eluded to the the fact that there is really not much difference in risk between swallowing and spitting, at least in relative terms to the efficacy of infecting another person.
Although the HIV virus is extremely fragile and susceptible to breakdown from saliva[and digestive juices], that is not particularly the case with some of the other diseases. Gonorrrhea, syphlis, chlamydia, herpes simplex, hepatitis and well over a dozen of other viruses that cause lesser venereal infections, are a rather hardy bunch and can live very nicely in the dark recesses of the mouth for a couple of days. A lady whose mouth comes in contact with infected bodily fluids can very easily become a carrier to others, without necessarily becoming infected herself.
Although exposure to viruses through unprotected oral sex is quite minimal, the simple fact remains that no matter how much a person wants to analyze or rationalize, there is still a risk. The benefits/consequences of unprotected oral sex is ultimately left up to the judgement(or lack thereof) with each indiviual.
Accurate and reliable information can be found nowadays through a variety of different avenues. There are a multitude of ways to access these facts. Everyone who has multiple partners should have a complete understanding of all the risks entailed with certain behaviors. Should anything develop, that person then has no one to blame other then him/herself.

A few diseases you can get by swallowing (not STDs, but proof that the stomach isn't the vat of acid-death that one might think):
Polio
Cholera
Salmonella, Shigella
Hepatitis A
Tuberculosis (not the usual method of acquisition).
Don't forget, you're alive and you can survive your own stomach, so it's entirely logical that other life-forms have similar capabilities.
Also, some people are "achlorhydric" , meaning they don't make stomach acid.
I am a provider with a lot of knowledge about HIV risks.
I can tell you that if the girl has any wound in her mouth or in her throat there is a big door that can let the virus enter. There are then more risks to have sperm (and other juices) in the mouth, and the risks are bigger whwn the girl shallows.
The anal' tissues are very sensible. It is easier to cut them and it is VERY dangerous not to cover. You have to know that there are many kinds of condoms. Some are more adaptable to you. However the sensation depends more of the way the girl controls her internal muscles. You have to find an experimented one!!!
This is for your information only. Really, whatever risk is involved in having semen in your mouth, is there regardless of whether you spit or swallow regardless of swallowing. Swallowing it doesn't put it into your bloodstream, it puts it into your tummy, where it is fried by tummy acids.
In your mouth, on the other hand, there can be all kinds of microscopic cuts that can be portals for disease, and once the semen comes in contact with that you're done.
So to say someone who spits it out is more concerned about their health than someone who swallows, is, in my opinion, just silly. I suggest you do some good research on the safety of unprotected oral sex.
As for your condom problem, I suggest you masturbate with condoms on because you won't have much fun in this hobby without being able to enjoy them.
