I've only been hobbying a short time and have seen but a handful of providers. I wanted to find out from some other hobbyists how long it took them to find their ATF's. Also, what are the criteria for an ATF? Someone that satisfies every one of your carnal based needs? Gymnastics in the bedroom??
I was very fortunate. My first time was an awesome experience and shortly after that I spent some quality time with Morgan Ashley. I have been with a number of outstanding providers since but Morgan gives new meaning to the words celestial being. In my book, she is the five stars of five stars.
After one hour with my ATF, I knew she was for me. It's uncanny how similar to my ex of 26 years this gal is in personality, wit and intellect.
it took me almost 18 months to find her, but well worth the search.
Would you ask someone else the criteria for those favorites? Pizza is one of my favorite foods, but if you hate tomato sauce or are allergic to cheese, you certainly wouldn't base your favorite food on my criteria. Similarly, if anal is a "must have" activity in the bedroom for you, which it's not for me, your criteria for an ATF provider will be different from mine and based on what YOU find rewarding. The question of how long it will take to find is another matter and will depend on your ability to define those criteria, the research you do in weeding out the possiblities in the marketplace, and a certain amount of luck. My question for you really was about the criteria as it applies to you. We're all different and have different likes and dislikes no doubt about that.
I really liked your last sentence with regard to defining your own criteria and narrowing down the possibilities with good research. That should be the TER mantra.
As I've been on this hobbying adventure I really try to not get too swept up in the way a provider looks. I read reviews pretty closely to get an indication of a providers personality as well as their performance. The way a provider comes across on the phone is also really important to me.
Hopefully, one of these days I'll find my ATF. Thanks for some great input. The search continues...
After about 18 months into the hobby, and being married twice at 42 yrs of age, I found myself wanting to see just one provider & hoping for a relationship with her. She's my "ATF" & I haven't felt this way about a woman in over 10 years. Mid life crises?? She & I connect on many levels and she treats me in an intimate fashion that is certainly drawing me in... I would REALLY miss her. I'll take my time & see what develops, but I have to admit....she fascinates me in more areas than just sex. In fact, I've had much better sex with my first wife & several other providers. My 2nd wife was "orally" skilled beyond any other woman I've known (lot's of practice, I guess, Ha, ha!) Although my ATF is not the most physically beautiful woman I've been with, she is much more of the entire package. But you shouldn't pay any attention to me... With this development in my life, I'm convinced that I'm Finally NUTS !!

I tried others after. Not the same. It was clicking on a real girl friend/boy friend level. Right off. The very first hour. I kept her there another 3 and still felt rushed.
My ATF was also my third.
I know that we clicked beyond the norm. When she retired I was still given access.
I too still see others and some have better skills in certain areas than does my ATF. But she remains the one who seems to be a total greater than the sum of the parts.
My ATF was also my third try. The minute she walked in and kissed me I knew I was in trouble.I've seen others but I always make time for her. She just knows how to push my buttons.
It was my second. I went and still do see other ladies. Great ladies all, some are even hotter than my ATF. My mind always returns to her, though. I finally got smart and just put her on a monthly.

Have 3 current favorites, and another 3-4 that knock my sox off regularly, but still searching for an ATF.
When I'm on my death bed I'll tell you who was my "All Time" favorite.
As some of you are aware I don't really go for some of the semantics of this biz--"provider" and "hobbyist" are terms I'd like to see changed as well. But that's a whole different topic.
I had been in the hobby for over one and a half years. Then, over about 3-4 months, I met 3 women who have become my favorites. They're favorites for different reasons, but all treat me like a friend, rather than a client. It would be hard to choose just one. I'm very lucky.
I've been at this for 18 months and have 3-4 women that I could fall in love with. When the chemistry is there, and you'll know it, tis sweet. Lots of passion and no rules - you just click. When she doesn't want to leave as badly as you want her to stay - now that's special.
...that's one of my criteria. There's no checklist, or anything like that. If I broke it down to categories, this is what determines it for me:
1) Looks
2) Quality of service
3) Personality and Chemistry - this is the ultimate factor.
As far as how long it took? About 2 years, and when she retired, it took another 7 months to find a new one that I liked as much. I really don't want my current one to quit, cuz I don't think I'll be able to find someone to replace her.
Too long and too many ladies. Most were nice, a few nightmares, but when I found my ATF there was no doubt. It goes way beyond the gymnastics, it is the time together whether quietly talking, see a concert, having dinner, working out, sailing, falling asleep cuddling, or just walking on the beach. If you think it's all about the gymnastics, I think you'll miss a wonderful experience. Lest I offend those to whom it is all about the gymnastics, to each his own.
Treat them all like ladies and you'll be surprised what happens. My regret is that it could have happened sooner, but then I think it happened when we both needed it to happen. More later on a post about overnights and falling for a lady.
So far my 4th provider is my ATF.After our third meeting, I knew she was my ATF. I love big tits (she has great ones)Im a sucker for a beautiful face (she has that too) and she treats me like a friend and a lover with a great sense of humor. I want it slow, we go slow. I want it nasty, she plays nasty. She understands if I am a little late or have to cancel and ALWAYS has a great attitude. She has only cancelled when she is in a bad mood(PMS) and spares me from the drama of her life trials. I guess Im pretty lucky to have found her.
