But, I'll start it off with my favs:

Anchor Steam, Pilsner Urquell and Sapporo  (only if from Japan, not the piss they brew up in Canada.)

Also, a Michelob will do in a pinch.

On a cold day, a Guiness stout is nice.

No lite beers, please.

There are thousands of beers on the market and some men  Here are some safe bets though.

Pilsner Urquell - overrated IMO
Sam Adams
Yuengling - cheaper but many of my friends prefer it over more expensive imports.

I personally wouldn't drink beer or soda during our meeting though.

A fine Belgian Blonde will do you well. Crisp, refreshing, yet packs a punch. Chicks dig it too. Very floral nose and deceptively easy to drink.

I dig Canadian and German beers. Mexican doesn't do much for me, but Negro Modelo and Dos Equis are good. Grolsch is good. Heineken. Sapporo and Tsing Tao.

I mostly drink Coors Light cuz I have to watch my figure, you know.

I'm a newbie to the hobby, but beer and I are old friends. You're looking for a beer for your clients to have when they visit not all of which may be beers snobs, so I don't think you'd want to get a beer thats to niche that a guy who just wants a beer will have never heard of it. Two standards I would suggest are heineken or molson they may not be everybody's favorite but everybody knows what they are, and that they are not cheap beer. If you have a regular who you know works out alot and tries to keep in shape then you might want to have a light beer, miller lite or amstel light would be good choices. My favortie beers are the munich lowenbrau ( I agree with not getting the under license stuff from canada its never as good as the original ) or san miguel from the philippines also any of the great lakes brewery beers, but would never expect someone to have them.

I like Samuel Adams most of the time.
But on a summer day I like Grain Belt.
