Reasons I Started Hobbying

I was tired of being told, "You and I will never be anything beyond friends and even that is no longer possible."

I also had some close relatives pass away recently so sadness and a feeling of being alone was to much to take.

The first provider I met was by accident when I was trying to sell something on CL when I met her to sell her the item. She told me she was a provider, but didn't want me as a new client. That didn't stop her from asking for occasional rides to the store or a small loan.

Then I did some "research" and found out CL is dangerous and not a good place to look for providers. Now I hobby safe and avoid CL for even selling things I don't want anymore. While you can't put a price tag on Happiness, I think a VIP membership on here is a step in the happy direction for all guy's like myself!

Just out of curiosity, was it your wife that said that or a GF? GF's can be changed and if my wife said that to me...then I would think very strongly about a divorce. Why live with someone if they feel that way (that is if you live with her now)

LOL  Literbike ..I think some guys are afraid of you, because you are intelligent, and see some things, they can't fathom.
I only stay away because I have a feeling  we are not sexually compatible..No Big deal..I have lots of lady friends  I don't have sex with, and they are still a lot of fun. IMO its better than hanging out with Dudes..

Well  Mr Camera you must stay away from airports, shopping malls, hotels, convenience stores...hell just about anywhere there are surveillance cameras. I guess shopping online works for you.

Seriously, those who complain hard enough about common area surveillance cameras just might have other things in mind that they don't anyone to see. So feel free to say far, far away.

The last thing I would want is to be filmed greeting a hooker. You yourself said you do that. Don't back peddle.
So after you film the entry and greeting of the hobbyist what do you do with the film? Do you have a library of them?
Don't worry about me staying far far away. You are last hooker I would ever want to see.

You are correct in that assumption...especially for those men who refuse to give any traceable info in case something does go wrong. No different than at your local 711..you try and rob it...you're on camera. The only people pissed off are those who want to do something wrong. I am not remotely interested in my clients after they leave..that is in interfering with their lives. But some guys are so set on the premise that we are closet blackmailers and want to fill our lives with messing up theirs. Sorry to disappoint but we are too busy with our lives to be bothered.

Oh my you are upset. How I greet my visitors is not illegal. It's how I greet all my friends. No sex, no money...what is it that you're afraid of? My library would be pretty boring if I kept one..friends greeting friends...that would put anyone to sleep.

I have closed-circuit as part of my security monitoring system. The other side of that is I've never or won't likely ever invite a paid provider to my door. You are absolutely right about how many security cams people are on. It's life in these United States and 9/11 changed that forever. Invite them to get over it.

I used to feel the same way until I found out it was only for those that do not give her there real full names. I do not want to be filmed while greeting a sex professional but I understand the need to have a recourse if things go badly and you commit a crime against her. I know a lady that was raped during a session. She did not know the guys name and felt she had no way to identify him. So, because of her job and she felt it would not do her any good to go to the police. Now if she had a picture or his name it would have been different, but instead the guy got away with it. So I understand the need to be able to trace you if things go wrong. Literbike does not film if you give her your real name; so, as long as there is a way to stay off camera, I don't have problem. She needs to protect her self from the bad apples in the hobby world. I just wish she would let her clients know so they would know how to opt out of her camera. That is my only real complaint about it. I really don't like being filmed when greeting my partner in crime, but I do understand her need for it.

I have not seen any providers backing her up on her filming threads either.
All I have seen are a couple of puppy dog hobbyists agreeing with her with their tongues dripping.

There are some things in this hobby that are simply taboo. Filming clients or providers is one of them. She should be ostracized by both hobbyists and providers.

OK, i will admit that I may be stupid, but I do believe her as I do not see why she would lie about this because her name is not linked to her reviews. So, what does she have to lose by being honest about this. Note she did say she screens everyone. She would be stupid not to. But the condition for the camera to be off is the clients real name not just you passed her screening. Now I do not like her filming but I do see the need if things go really wrong. As for why none of the ladies stepping forward many of them would not do this on grounds that their TER handle is linked to their reviews and thus their business and it could hurt there business to bring it up. Now if she not your cup of tea. That is fine, don't see her. But, if you think anyone should be ostracized because a coward who hides behind an alias says so, then maybe your the stupid one. Please note when I do go on the attack I am at lest man enough to take the fall out from it by using my TER handle, unlike you. Then again, maybe you are not a man. I can't tell because you are hiding behind that alias of yours. By the way, I am not a puppy dog hobbyist and have not always seen eye to eye with literbike and have stated so in the past. You can look up my posts if you do not believe me. As I have said I do not hide my attacks unlike some. Now have a nice day, and play nice.

Dude get real..There are cameras everywhere.In all the Hotel Halls and Lobbys, Parking Lots. Big Malls small malls , beauty salons oops I meant barber shops, drugstores,restaurants , sub shops , convenience stores , at the beach , on the boardwalk etc etc .. Some Interstates have cameras that zoom in on cars.Condominiums, Everywhere.
Act Naturally and don't cause trouble and they won't rewind your film.

You really do have a hard time understanding.
The fact ..Even when a provider does not have a camera filming your visit to her door, YOU ARE being filmed by others..The only way you won't be filmed is if you are visiting providers that live in a home in suburbia. I know one of those but I visit her because she is Hot, not because of being camera shy.

Literbike and I don't see eye to eye on somethings, but that could be said of many people on this board. I find her posts both interesting and informing. Now I used to have a problem, because of some posts she made a while back. They were not aimed at me, unlike some of mine which were towards her, but I took them personally. Literbike and I worked thing out as far as I am concerned. I now think of her a friend on these boards. I hope she feels the same.

But

Do yourself a favor and remember that it is a business.

If the lady makes you feel special, feel great, feel wanted, appreciated, ENJOY it

but maintain perspective - that means she's really good at her chosen career....

Most providers - they get a sense thay you have the wrong hopes or expectations from them,
will cut you off.  The worst of them will take serious advantage of you if you show this kind
of vulnerability....

Many of us here find that  this hobby does make our brains and bodies feel good. That's pretty important when dealing with emotional issues that are downers.

However! When you're in that kind of emotional state, you can be particularly vulnerable to developing compulsions and the hobby can become fairly addictive, especially if you find someone with whom you click.

Stay in control.

Yep, I hear what you are saying! Have a girlfriend of 25years her kids are grown and I don't have any. Has her house and I've got my townhouse.  We used to get it on but when they get older then their bodies completely go and get fat! Still go out to dinner, etc... but I use the hobby to help me get by. Would love to hook up with someone younger more on a permanent basis but finding is very difficult to do that! Also, with a provider you know you are going to get totally laid better than going out on a dinner date with a newbie and spending about the same amount of money $$$ and Not getting laid! J
